Staff is amazing and so helpful. Did not have much cell phone signal was the only issue. Great rate with plenty of food options nearby.

Friendly staffs. Very clean room. I’ve stayed with this hotel for the last 7 years on every business trip to Mobile, AL.

The location was perfect! I was within a 15 minute drive to everything I needed to see.

We had a 5 night stay. Our trash was removed twice, room was never cleaned & we had to hunt down housekeeping for clean towels after the front desk was unable/unwilling to help us. We finally received a box of tissues & access to the mobile key on day 3. Carpet in room was filthy.

Sue at the front desk has always taken great care of me. She has a great memory and makes me feel very special each time she welcomes me back calling me by name. Great place to stay for business. Great workspace in the room and coffee always available plus good breakfast.

Excellent stay, staff is helpful and friendly and good location for our mini vacation. Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and big spacious rooms. Highly recommend.

Very nice and clean, the room I was in was very spacey. I felt like it was a safe area.

Like most have said .......... rooms in great need of being updated. Large clean rooms. Stayed two nights within a week. Second night .... on the way there, we get a phone call that my credit card did not go through. I said I don't know why because it's the same card from just 4 days ago when I stayed there. The lady said I had to get there by 6pm or I was going to lose the room. I explain we were on our way there. We get there at about 8 min til and the lady explained that they wanted her to cancel our room. She had told them , we told her we were coming ( so she didn't ) Turns out, on our credit card exp date they entered was 8/28 ......... when I got there I showed the lady the card and she said ..... " it says .... 8/28 " Turns out it really says 6/28. ( I didn't have my glasses on ) Turns out card was fine, it was being just entered wrong. Hard to believe they wanted to cancel my reservation after I told them I would straighten it out and also being a rewards member. Put a bad taste in our mouths. Employees were great and seemed to try hard.

SpringHill suites Mobile always does a great job! The entire staff is so friendly and they truly go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I’ve been staying at this hotel for years when visiting my daughter at college. I’ve never had a bad experience. My only complaint is this hotel does need updating, but this is a corporate problem not a staff problem. The staff makes do with what they have and takes pride in their job, regardless of the outdated decor and furniture.

Keep up the good work SpringHill Mobile and hopefully corporate will reward you with a much needed update soon!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room very clean. Definitely will be back in June.

Great location and fantastic staff. I always stay here when I travel to Mobile monthly, for work. This was my first stay that was in a handicapped room so it had a tub/shower combo with a shower curtain and so much water comes out. This is despite having the shower curtain closed all the way and is because the curtain and liner absorb the water. It’s dumb. lol I’d much rather have a room with the glass shower door like normal for this location so I don’t have a mess to manage after every shower
