The location was convenient
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Asked for soap to be refilled for 2 days, never done.
Lampshade was torn, poor example of maintaining upkeeping.
Carpet was torn on entering.
NO SERVICE at all 2nd day.
I wished I had pictures.

Nasty drug hotel. Unsafe feeling.
Pros:

Nothing there were needless in the parking lot. My room door had been kicked in and the latch was loose. The glass partition was missing a panel. The floors were filthy. Lamp rusty. Dusty and sofa bed was stained.

Great adjacency to I-10 and the business strip of Mobile. Felt safe and secure around the area. Front desk was very polite and informative. Room was very spacious. Bathroom as well.

Cons:

The overall room seemed rather dated, cleanliness could be improved.

The night clerk was nice

Cons:

It was mold in my bathroom. The tub did not drain. Housekeeper didn’t come a clean my room . My trash and dirty towels was not picked up. It was the worst hotel stay I have ever had

Consistent Quality
Pros:

We purposely chose the Springhill Suites in Mobile. AL for our stay because we have been consistently satisfied with the facility and with the personnel. This stay did not disappoint. We were especially impressed with the courtesy and interactions we received from the desk staffer, Sue. We recommend this location to our family and friends traveling to the Mobile, AL area.

Pros:

I noticed they are still making improvements and restoring the property. I also stayed here in 2025 and could see a noticeable difference when I returned a year later. If all goes well, I hope to return in 2027 and see even more updates. The hotel is in a good area, and I felt safe during my stay.
