Hotel przewyższył nasze oczekiwania pod każdym względem. Przemiła obsługa, czuliśmy się jak goście VIP. Świetny klimat obiektu, przytulny pokój. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja "na końcu świata". Do tego niespodzianka w strefie spa. Byliśmy zachwyceni!!! Top of the tops!

Śniadania były pyszne i różnorodne. Zaryzykuje stwierdzenie że lepszy wybór niż na wakacjach all-inclusive za granicą.
Restauracja posiada pyszne obiady i obiadokolacje, dań nie ma wiele w menu, ale za to w bardzo dobrej jakości.
Obsługa bardzo miła i profesjonalna.
Klimatyzacja działa bardzo dobrze.
Bardzo, bardzo czysto w pokojach i całym hotelu.
Basen jest i to w sumie tyle, fajna rzecz do skorzystania przez godzinę, ale to jest bardziej dla relaksu niż faktyczna atrakcja.
Lokalizacja doskonała, faktycznie jest to rejon bardziej wiejski, z dala od wielkiego miasta, ale wystarczy wsiąść w samochód i po 10-15 minutach jesteś w centrum Żywca.
Duży parking, z łatwością można zaparkować, dojazd do hotelu prowadzi przez wąskie wiejskie drogi, i pewnie w zime mogłoby być tam różnie bez łańcuchów.
Everything was perfect- facilities and services for the price - fantastic! Good breakfast , a clean room with a nice terrace with a fresh mountain air . The staff is nice and willing to help. Everything here was made to give you relax!
This is not the hotel's responsibility, but I'll write it here in case it helps someone - we went on a little walk to the forest above the hotel - in mid-July and after the rain that fell the previous day - we had a horror walk because during the whole trip we were attacked by swarms of insects (horseflies),so much that we had to run to safety. Avoid this and go better towards Zywiec Lake, but not to the forest above the hotel (at least around mid-July).
