Very enjoyable, comfortable, easy access with lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel
Pros:

Excellent location , very friendly Staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

It could hardly accommodate a three people with the extra bed

le concept de la salle de bain dans la chambre n est vraiment pas bien... c est très désagréable

Cons:

l hotel commence à vieillir. il manque de charme.
je voulais réserver le spa on line et je n'ai pas eu le temps.. j'ai donc demandé d appliquer le tarif on line... ils n'ont pas du tout accepté ma demande.

Cons:

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Zimmer auch nicht ganz sauber.
Auch das Spa is sehr alt und abgenützt.
Das Personal ist bemüht aber kümmert sich dann nicht um die Anliegen.
Beim Frühstück ist Wurst und Käse ungekühlt.

Cons:

Reception gentleman at Reception was very RUDE and when I asked him for extra bottle of water, he said you’ll have to pay nobody charges extra for room water and the person was absolutely rude. I am going to lose an official complaint about him. This happened on Wednesday night, so you can check who was the Staff on Wednesday at around 8 PM.

Très bel établissement sur Marrakech. Confortable et propre.

Cons:

Manque de rangement dans la chambre pour accrocher les serviettes notamment. Ascenseur non pratique pour monter ou descendre les étages.

Fijn verblijf met uitstekende service en ontbijt, maar met enkele verbeterpunten
Pros:

Het ontbijt was uitstekend en onze suite was heerlijk ruim. Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en deed er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken

Cons:

Er waren te weinig zitplekken bij het zwembad en het zwembadwater was soms vies (etensresten) zonder dat hier goed toezicht op leek te zijn. Ook vonden we de liften erg onpraktisch, omdat je steeds via de eerste verdieping eruit moest en een andere lift moest nemen, wat onnodig elke keer veel tijd kost.

Très bon hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment très adorable et souriant !

L’emplacement. Et le côté extérieur, piscine terrasse au top

Cons:

Le seul petit problème est au niveau de la douche dans la chambre, l’eau coulée sur le carrelage sous la porte de la douche et au bord du lavabo
