Beautiful stay, amazing staff by the reception.
Pros:

I liked the fact that there is a kids play area, beautiful pool that’ accommodated my son

The staff the place it's self is clean and scenery ..I loved my stay

Cons:

The showers are too tiny and shower heads outdated water was not as hot overrall small rooms but bathrooms too small
I also wish they could either allow people to bring their own food and the meals are okay but not so tasty

Functional and pleasant stay.
Pros:

We had hoped to get a room with a view, but unfortunately the layout of the hotel blocks means that only some of the rooms have a particularly good view. The rooms were functional, although somewhat small.

The hotel has plenty of open space around it, which was pleasant. The restaurant was fairly average, while the breakfast was good and offered a reasonable selection.

What we liked the most was its closer to the lion and safari park - thats very convenient

The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay pleasant overall.

Room size could have been better.

The room looked under construction and the curtains were dirty with stain marks. Windows looked like they were never washed in a long time. There was no shower head in the shower. I was offered a buffet instead of ordering from the menu…
