By far best hotel in town
Pros:

You don’t need more than a day in Borjomi and best you spend that at Crowne Plaza . Manager very helpful . Lovely room with balcony overlooking river and it’s in great position right next to park

Beautiful hotel, delicious food
Pros:

The rating is critical for a 5-star hotel. I would give 3.5 stars because of the outdated decoration of the rooms. They warned that renovations were underway, that the hotel was being renovated, but the carpet in the room could still be washed without renovation. The floors did not look clean enough to walk barefoot on. The staff's helpfulness and care for us made up for it. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The chef should rethink the menu and include hot dishes for vegetarians. There were vegetable horns on the menu in the room, but the restaurant no longer has them, so we had to eat grilled vegetables, which were actually wonderful. The coffee was bitter, not particularly tasty. The pool and sauna area were cozy and pleasant. The environment in which the hotel is located is simply wonderful.
