Cons:

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the hotel itself. We traveled around all of Georgia and stayed in many different hotels, and this one was actually the most expensive — yet also the most disappointing.
The hotel is in serious need of renovation. Our room had carpet flooring with stains so deeply embedded that they clearly could no longer be cleaned. The bathroom tiles were loose and worn out. The artificial leather on the bed headboard was completely peeled and torn apart, and pieces of it could even be found in the bedding.
I was also surprised that neither of the TVs in the room were smart TVs — they only showed a few local channels. The room had an unpleasant smell, as if it had never been properly ventilated. The furniture was old, damaged, and heavily worn.
We wanted to treat ourselves to a luxurious and relaxing night, but instead we left feeling very disappointed. After our stay, I noticed many other negative reviews as well, yet the overall hotel rating still remains very high, which is honestly confusing to me.
From the outside, the hotel, its yard, and the nearby river are truly beautiful — but unfortunately, those were the only positives. Everything else was absolutely not worth the amount of money they charge for one night.

Pretty place, pretty expensive
Pros:

It’s a really beautiful landscape, the architecture is astounding, the staff is professional, helpful and motivated, I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The prices are waaay above level, and the rooms (at least the one I was in) need a make over, new carpets, maybe up to date Smart TVs and the bathroom needs more light, could hardly shave myself.

Thanks to the hotel for the wonderfully chosen rooms for the family.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel was lacking in other areas. The service was poor, the Wi-Fi was spotty. The staff was unfriendly. We had to call reception daily to address any issues that arose. Housekeeping was haphazard – sometimes they took away glasses, sometimes didn't wash them at all, sometimes they brought too many. It's completely unclear why this is so.

nuitée à Borjomi, le Vichy du Caucase
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé à côté de la rivière à deux pas du parc de Borjomi. Le son de la rivière était très relaxant et nous y avons passé une nuit très reposante. Pas eu le temps malheureusement d'essayer le spa qui parrait-il propose toute une gamme de services à base de l'eau des différentes sources de la ville et des environs.

Cons:

La chambre était très grand du fait qu'un petit couloir lui avait été adjoint et malheureusement les deux fenêtres de ce petit couloir n'avaient pas de rideaux, il faisait donc clair dès 5h du matin dans la chambre.
