המלון נמצא ממש צמוד לפארק ההיסטורי של עיר בטרג'ומי. התוך הפארק ישנם המים החמימים אותם שותים כ 20 דקות לפני האוכל 3 פעמים ביום. המלון הוא אחד הטובים ביותר שביקרנו בהם בחיים. הצוות פותר את כל הבעיות ב 5 דקות. שירות הכי טוב שקבלנו. במלון ישמה בריכה גדולה ומחוממת, כמה סאונות שעובדות עד 22:00. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת. המלון עצמו בעיצוב מקסים ועשיר. ישנו שם אולם ליוגה, קבלנו מפתחות כדי שנוכל להיכנס לשם מתי שנרצה. מהאולם הזה אפשר לעלות לגג המלון. חובה לראות את הנוף שמשקיף משם.

It was souper beauty only the commant that already i had wrote.
Pros:

Every are so beautiful and cleaned for relaxation and enjoy with the family

Cons:

There is only small comment regarding the VIP rooms since i pay hey price there should be something to gain like i ask for the water asper the room service not available or i can buy from the restaurant with very high quality hotel its disappointed me.

Отличное расположерие. Чудесная терраса и вид на реку.
Находится прямо околр парка, с карточкой откля проход туда бесплатный.

Cons:

Отель устал. Очень устал. Ободранное изголовье кровати, затертый ковролин.
В номере ОЧЕНЬ темно. Два точечных светильника на номер это сильно

В номере муравьи даже в кровати.

Удивил запрет на пронос еды в отель.

Было ощущение, что мы находимся в советском санатории средней руки.

The hotel is at a central location in town and they have guest parking. The facilities were nice and clean, although a little outdated.

Cons:

The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Overall we had a good experience, but I think the hotel is a bit overpriced for what you get.
