Отличное местоположение, чисто, уютно, персонал приветливый.В отделе бронирования есть работник Георгий очееень приветливый. Хочу особо подчеркнуть работников рецепшена, огромная им благодарность быстро оперативно помогли нам с размешением, обьязательно планирую поехать на следуюший год. Мы прилетели 15 июля в отель вслед за нами приехали друзья по нашей рекомендации Они прилетели на 5 дней настолько им понравилось они на местеже забронировали вторую поездку и вернулись туда через 10 дней👍👍👍

Enjoyable and comfortable but needs some maintenance improvement
Pros:

* Location and interior as well as spacious room and peaceful environment, wellness and spa

Cons:

* There was no Water for first day and then brown water was coming , water heater also seemed to have problems as boiling water was coming in sink and shower, drainage was not working either
* Would have been better if all the numbers (front desk,room service) where displayed in room somewhere because dedicated buttons on telephone didn’t seem to be working

Pros:

מלון במיקום מעולה ממש צמוד לרחוב הראשי, מלון יפייפה שנראה מבחוץ כמו אגדה (בפנים סגנון אחר).
חדר מרווח עם כיסוי מלא של הוילונות.
ארוחת בוקר נחמדה, חדר אוכל יפה.

Cons:

- המזגן לא עבד כמו שצריך, הוא היה תקוע על 25 מעלות בלי אפשרות לשנות, היינו צריכים לבקש מאוורר.
- לא היה זרם מים במקלחת בכלל! יצאו קצת מים רק בטמפרטורה של מעל 40 מעלות. ביקשנו שיתקנו וזה תוקן אחרי כחצי שעה.
- לא הסכימו לתת הנחה או פיצוי למרות כל התקלות.
- בחדר אוכל לא היה לחם טרי אלא רק לחם שמתאים לצנימים, גם היו בקבוקי מים לא קרים.
בעיניי המלון לא מתאים לרמה של 5 כוכבים.

היה מזגן מעולה

אפשר לשפר קצת את הניקיון.
אבל סך הכל הייתי חוזר שוב מבין כל האופציות שיש באזור, אחלה מלון.

We returned from a wonderful vacation and I don't have a single bad word to say about the hotel - simply a perfect experience in every respect!
Staff and service: The hotel staff is excellent, courteous, professional and provides exceptional service throughout the entire stay.
