When I booked a room for two guests with breakfast included, the hotel unexpectedly charged an additional fee for my spouse's breakfast. This charge was inappropriate and inconsistent with the reservation that clearly included breakfast for two.

presidential suite is amazing. i got 2 huge balconies to look over the river and green mountains. I loved sitting outside on the 2 terraces enjoying the weather.

Pros:

I stayed here with my spouse and our 1-year-old child. Everything was great, including the friendly and helpful staff, the room, the view, the food, the location, and the excellent soundproofing. We had a very comfortable stay, and I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. The overall experience was on par with what you would expect from an international hotel chain.

המלון נמצא ממש צמוד לפארק ההיסטורי של עיר בטרג'ומי. התוך הפארק ישנם המים החמימים אותם שותים כ 20 דקות לפני האוכל 3 פעמים ביום. המלון הוא אחד הטובים ביותר שביקרנו בהם בחיים. הצוות פותר את כל הבעיות ב 5 דקות. שירות הכי טוב שקבלנו. במלון ישמה בריכה גדולה ומחוממת, כמה סאונות שעובדות עד 22:00. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת. המלון עצמו בעיצוב מקסים ועשיר. ישנו שם אולם ליוגה, קבלנו מפתחות כדי שנוכל להיכנס לשם מתי שנרצה. מהאולם הזה אפשר לעלות לגג המלון. חובה לראות את הנוף שמשקיף משם.

There is only small comment regarding the VIP rooms since i pay hey price there should be something to gain like i ask for the water asper the room service not available or i can buy from the restaurant with very high quality hotel its disappointed me.
