I can't think of a good reason to stay anywhere else in East Vancouver.
Pros:

The location was excellent to start with. Had easy access to main roads. Staff was very good, helpful and pleasant. Having a good coffee shop in the parking lot was a major bonus. Quiet.

Very comfortable. I would come again.

Clean and comfortable room, kitchenette with bowls and utensils, access to laundry machines, gourmet coffee nearby, free parking and free wifi

Cons:

Lack of lotion and shampoo for guests who stay for 1 night only (non-long term).

Pros:

Front desk was nice and helpful.

Cons:

Their bathroom stinks. I had to move rooms twice and still smelled bad. Good thing i was only staying for one night. Also their tv is old so i couldn’t even connect my firestick to it. The internet was so slow, i had some work to do and i couldn’t do it.

It was so nice staying here we extended our stay another week!
Pros:

The people there are very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. I especially liked the complimentary laundry facility; you don't see that at any other hotel.

Everything was great , except for the soft beds but we also recognized that it was our preference.
Pros:

The location was very convenient for us to stay there and it was clean. We didn’t use the kitchenette but we appreciated that it was available.

Cons:

The beds were a little bit soft for us. We prefer firmer mattress.

That was a great experience
Pros:

Great staff very comfortable furnishings and the fact that the washer and dryer was free it was a bonus. Good job.
