Gute Option für einen Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Großzügiges Appartment Hotel in direkter Nähe zum Thermalbad. Das Appartment mit Küchenzeile und Esstisch war groß. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional und brauchbar. Die Betten und Matratzen waren bequem und angenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war äußerst schmackhaft und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Aufgrund der fehlenden Klimatisierung der Appartements kann es im Sommer etwas warm werden.

Nem ajánlom, vannak a környéken sokkal kulturáltabb szállások.

Semmi, színvonaltalan. A C épület rémes.

Cons:

Mindenki figyelmébe szeretném ajánlani, hogy a szállás minősége messze elmarad attól, amit a képek alapján várna az ember. A fotók véleményem szerint nem tükrözik a valós állapotokat, és az ár-érték arány rendkívül kedvezőtlen.

A szobám nem a főépületben volt, hanem attól körülbelül 500 méterre. Már a belépéskor erős, fülledt, dohos szag fogadott. A berendezés erősen elhasználódott, a bútorok leharcoltak voltak, az egész hely hangulata olyan érzést keltett, mintha évtizedeket utaztam volna vissza az időben, ráadásul annak sem a jobbik változatába.

Miután körbenéztem, azonnal nyilvánvalóvá vált számomra, hogy nem szeretnék ott egyetlen percet sem eltölteni. Visszamentem a recepcióra, és jeleztem, hogy a szállás nem felel meg az elvárható színvonalnak, ezért nem kívánom igénybe venni. Pedig sokat utazom, számos helyen megszálltam már, és általában egy éjszakát szinte bárhol eltöltök különösebb problémák nélkül, de itt ez nem volt vállalható.

A recepción közölték, hogy a szállást ki kell fizetnem. Jeleztem, hogy ezt nem tartom elfogadhatónak, mivel a szobát a látottak alapján nem kívánom használni. Erre azt a választ kaptam, hogy már becsekkoltam. Mondtam, hogy akkor kijelentkezem, azonban azt közölték, hogy erre nincs lehetőség. Az egész helyzet rendkívül furcsa volt, érdemi megoldási javaslatot nem kaptam, csak tanácstalanul álltak a helyzet előtt.

Végül visszaadtam a kulcsot és távoztam. Még a sorompónál is problémák adódtak a kihajtással, bár ezt végül sikerült megoldani. Ezután egy másik szálláshelyre mentem, ahol ég és föld volt a különbség mind a színvonal, mind a személyzet hozzáállása tekintetében. Ott egyébként azt mondták, hogy az egész helyzetet sokkal egyszerűbben és korrektebben is lehetett volna kezelni.

Természetesen egy fillért sem fizettem, hiszen azonnal jeleztem, hogy a szállást ilyen állapotban nem kívánom igénybe venni.

5 von 5 Sternen – Eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung im Apartman Hotel

Als jemand, der bereits mehrfach im Apartman Hotel zu Gast war, möchte ich diesmal eine besonders positive Bewertung hinterlassen. Zwar liegt mein letzter Aufenthalt schon etwas zurück, doch bei meinem jüngsten Besuch wurde ich mehr als positiv überrascht.

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts ausgesprochen nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die neu renovierten Zimmer. Sie haben meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Die Zimmer sind modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bieten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wurde.

Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück. Das Angebot war vielfältig, frisch und liebevoll präsentiert. Hier hat sich das Hotel wirklich selbst übertroffen. Egal ob herzhaft oder süß – es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, und die Qualität der Speisen war ausgezeichnet.

Auch die allgemeine Atmosphäre im Haus war sehr angenehm. Das gesamte Team war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und bemüht, den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Solch engagierte Mitarbeiter findet man heutzutage leider nicht mehr überall.

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt durchweg positiv und ich kann das Apartman Hotel mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Die gelungenen Renovierungen, das hervorragende Frühstück und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft machen das Hotel zu einer ausgezeichneten Wahl.

Ich freue mich schon jetzt auf meinen nächsten Besuch und komme sehr gerne wieder.
