It was decent but would stay elsewhere if we returned.
Pros:

Location was good for south part of the island so could get all around that part easily with lots to do nearby.

Cons:

Not very clean, room was very small.

Oasi di pace nell’isola del relax
Pros:

Struttura che dispone di ogni comfort. All’interno della stanza mango retreat c’erano asciugamani, accappatoi, teli mare, tv, boccione dell’acqua potabile. Inoltre la struttura dispone di Wi-Fi e di una piscina. Il bagno semi all’aperto è davvero delizioso e tropicale. Le stanze danno sulla piscina ma la privacy è garantita da un ulteriore piccolo giardino privato antistante alla stanza.
La struttura ha un beach club convenzionato a 5 minuti a piedi, altrettanto bello e si mangia bene a prezzi contenuti. Con lettini sotto gli alberi e accesso al mare stupendo.
Staff gentilissimo e a disposizione.
Perfetto per un soggiorno rilassante a Gili Air! Non vedo l’ora di ritornare!

Cons:

Unica pecca ma considerando l’insieme dell’isola è comprensibile: la pressione della doccia! Troppo calcare nel soffione e poca pressione. Per il resto tutto ottimo

Nice stay, highly reccomend!
Pros:

- Great location. 5 minute walk from the Main Street / cafes / restaurants.
- Room: Clean tidy and well maintained. Also cleaned daily on request. Comfortable bed, good AC. Safety deposit box and Tv also available.
- Bathroom is outdoors but is private. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower.
- Pool area appeared to be clean and well maintained, however we did not use.
- Good communication with staff on WhatsApp, any issues were resolved in an acceptable timeframe.

Cons:

- Staff are difficult to locate around the premises. We spent 10-15 mins waiting on staff at the reception desk when trying to sort an issue. When leaving and entering the property they were rarely present but it’s good to know you can reach them on WhatsApp.

100% recommended. It really worth your money.
Pros:

Everyone was really polite, kind and welcoming with us all the time. Breakfast really good in front of the beach.
Pool and common areas always clean. Heath room has a front door with a little patio that makes your accomodation more private and comfortable. It Has tv and a big fridge in each room. The toilet/bathroom is open but really covered with light on the plant that makes a really nice vibe.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.
