Pros:

入住當天協請櫃檯人員幫忙訂車前往機場，退房當天上午因出行計劃有變，因此提早出門，再度麻煩前台服務人員聯繫司機更改時間，大約10分鐘後車子到達旅館，但是司機看到四個行李箱就表示空間不夠無法承載，說完立刻離開。將狀況反應給前台服務人員後，其中一位表示立即重新安排，大約等了十幾分鐘，車子就來了，而且前台服務人員其中一位一直在旁陪伴，確定我們也上車後跟我們道別，看著車子啟動後才回旅館。全程態度良好，非常感謝🙏！
