Peaceful holiday in a splendid environment
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the room was of a high standard. The pool facilities were great. Front office staff were very helpful and respectful.

Cons:

The hotel is in a splendid location however it certainly deserves a thorough an external refurbishment in its landscaping. The hotel from outside gives an idea of shabbiness.

El hotel es decepcionante.
Pros:

La ubicación en Savonlinna es muy buena.

Cons:

Las fotos no describen el estado envejecido del hotel. Necesita una renovación. La habitación es pequeña sin apenas sitios para dejar las cosas. El baño es pequeñísimo con la ducha sin plato ni mampara de modo que el agua cae directamente al suelo del baño y se sale de la cortina. Si hubiese una foto del baño no hubiera cogido esta habitación. La baranda de la terraza está oxidada y las sillas desvencijadas.

Cons:

Huoneet jo vanhat, askeettiset ja kulahtaneet. WC pieni eikä mitään tasoa, jossa pitää tavaroita.

Tired and scruffy 1970's interior
Uncomfortable old beds which had a soft mattress cover.
Very small room together with shower room barely larger than a camper van.
Only Finnish TV channels
Car park situated in nearby forest with no camera surveillance or casual surveillance.
Overall expensive for the quality of the offer.

L'hôtel est idéalement placé. On peut tout faire à pied. L'environnement et le paysage sont magnifiques. La literie est confortable et le volume des chambres familles est correcte. Le restaurant, bien que cher est une très bonne table. Le petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux

Hôtel vieillot qui mériterait d'être rénové. La propreté n'est pas la hauteur d'un 4 etoiles
