Cons:

Habitaciones en mal estado. Cortinas y sabanas manchadas, baño sucio. Los muebles de la habitacion se veian viejos y en mal estado. A media noche tuvimo que llamar al servivio porque el aire no apagaba la luz de display, y nunca llegaron las personas del mantenimiento, LLAMAMOS 2 VECES.

Pros:

Es mi segunda vez visitando el hotel. Y me encanta la experiencia que puedo vivir allá. Voy con mis dos hijos y se la pasan suuuper bien. El cafecito one. Lo amamos. Todas la opciones que ofrecen y los entremeces. En esta ocasión visitamos el Restaurante Italiano. Buena opción de gastronomía.

Cons:

Que el show del sabado fuera el de Michel Jackson. Y vi en cartelera que el Domingo era tropical show.

Excelente experiencia .
Pros:

Me gustó todo el personal, las bebidas eran buenas y buena comida también. Un hotel muy completo.

Cons:

Lo único que podría mejorar es mejor calidad en los snacks, y que en las habitaciones allá alfombras para después de salir del baño secarse los pies.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Rooms where very spacious and the staff was friendly. The night show at the beach was great. The coffee shop, is the only thing I would recommend food wise. The snack bar was ok.

Cons:

The food had very little variety and the quality was subpar. The hotel is outdated and unkept. Check in was the most chaotic I have ever experieced, we lost many hours in the process.
