10/10 Service!
Pros:

Amazing experience. Service staff was so so good. Specially at the Snack area. Marlenys García and Exequiel Martínez gave us a 10/10 service. They’re very humble, empathetic and diligent people. Will be visiting again definitely!

It was going to be a great stay but hotel directive should attend customer properly.
Pros:

The food and attention of the dining staff was great. Attention of the lobby staff was good. The have direct access to the beach and the have different activities. They can connect you with tours.

Cons:

We had a problem with two rooms for three people: the booking site stipulated that these rooms have two beds and a sofa bed, but the rooms assigned had only two beds. Staff was not helpful until an hour of discussion passed that they offered one room with two beds and a sofa. They basically said it was booking fault for wrong description and the had nothing to do; but they are getting their money so they should look into every details. Also, the room assigned had with two beds and a sofa, but the air conditioning of this room was not working. The hotel should check booking description, since they are getting paid for stays.

Our stay at Hodelpa was absolutely amazing, and everything was top-notch from start to finish! The resort, the atmosphere, and the service completely exceeded our expectations.The absolute highlight of our vacation was the incredible entertainment team. They brought so much energy and joy to every single day. The beach games they organized were super fun, engaging, and kept everyone entertained. We also thoroughly enjoyed the award ceremonies, which were always filled with laughter and great vibes.A special shoutout and massive thank you goes to the head of the team, Mr. Junior. He is a phenomenal leader—incredibly professional, charismatic, and always making sure every guest is having the best time.Thank you, Hodelpa, for an unforgettable vacation. Great but restricting
Pros:

I had no complaints about anything, I really liked the entertainment team as they were very nice to me. One problem for me however, I had an issue with the armband system. Mine blocked me from accessing other services that were more made for people like me. Overall great hotel if your 18+

Después de las 10:30 pm no hay más nada que hacer, deberían de tener en cuenta la discoteca. Tener más animación.
