Zentral gelegen in Norderstedt angenehm übernachten
Pros:

Badezimmer mit Tageslicht ist so selten geworden in Hotels. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Die Morgenroutine ist gleich doppelt gut. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr groß und der Austritt auf die Terrasse sehr schön. Bettzeug angenehm, verschiedene Kissenarten zur Verfügung. Prima! Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Personal beim Check-In und-out war sehr freundlich und angenehm.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen Platz in der Tiefgarage. Eine Erklärung im Buchungsprozess oder beim Check-In, wie Ein-und Ausfahrt funktionieren, hätte uns ein paar peinliche Momente erspart.
Die Einfahrt ist nicht gut ausgeschildert und man muss ein Ticket für einen Supermarktparkplatz ziehen. Das muss man an der Rezeption dann freischalten lassen. Wussten wir nicht und mussten das nach und nach herausfinden.Bei der Ausfahrt muss man zunächst an einem Seil an der Decke ziehen, damit das elektrisch betriebene Tor öffnet. Auch dazu kein Hinweis. Ein zufällig anwesender Handwerker hat uns aufgeklärt. Gut sichtbare Hinweisschilder würden ggf. helfen, wenn man dies über die Check-In Infos nicht absichern kann. Aber wir haben das mit Humor genommen.

Für Kurzaufenthalt empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Sehr großes, sehr sauberes Zimmer, alles da was man braucht. Safe vorhanden. Nettes aufmerksames Personal. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel sogar von Samstag auf Sonntag kostenlos, das war super.

Cons:

Für Veganer so gut wie nichts beim Frühstück vorhanden, finde ich schade. Kissen sind sehr dick, was nicht besonders komfortabel ist. Bettwäsche war ein bisschen kratzig, für eine Nacht aber ok. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist ausbaufähig, zum Schminken viel zu dunkel, und der Vergrößerungsspiegel ist unbrauchbar.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr reichhaltig. Zimmer/Bad sehr sauber und komfortabel. Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Offene Balkontür nachts nicht möglich, da es einen „Rundum Balkon“ für alle Zimmer der Etage gab (keine Trennwände)

Perfekt mit kleinen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, es war sehr Sauber! Das Bett war sehr sehr Weich.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Restaurants in Laufweite, Edeka und eine kleine Passage vor der Haustür. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr Lecker.
Aber absolut zu Erwähnen ist der Preis für den Parkplatz! 6 Euro für draussen und 12 Euro für die Tiefgarage ist eine absolute Seltenheit!

Cons:

Bei Booking ist "Kabel TV" beschrieben. Vielleicht sollte man das mal präziser Beschreiben, denn es hat lediglich fünf oder sechs Kanäle und nur mit NDR und ARD machts nicht wirklich Spass.

Ein ruhiger Hafen bei Hamburg
Pros:

A hotel with parking in a quiet location—an ideal base for visiting Hamburg. High-standard rooms with all the essentials—including a small fridge, which is a nice touch. Good selection of TV channels. Comfortable beds. Friendly reception staff. Parking is available (for a fee on weekdays). We didn't have breakfast, as it seemed a bit pricey (though the cost was actually low compared to other hotels of this standard in Hamburg). It takes about 30–40 minutes to get to Hamburg city center.

Cons:

Ground-floor rooms facing the courtyard are close to the parking area; they are better—and more expensive—than those facing the park (though the latter can sometimes be noisy due to children from the nearby school). The shower door opens outward into the bathroom, making it easy to splash water everywhere. Since a tea and coffee set is provided, it would be good to include teaspoons, which were missing here. Note: the key card stops working after the checkout time.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt: bequem & ruhig geschlafen, sicher geparkt und gut gefrühstückt

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im PLAZA Premium Parkhotel Norderstedt. Preis und Leistung stimmen, die Betten waren bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Tiefgarage bietet eine sichere Parkmöglichkeit direkt im Haus. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit großer Auswahl. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Man konnte nicht direkt in die TG einfahren, mußte erst an der Rezeption ein Ticket holen. Auch bei der Ausfahrt benötigte man ein separates Ticket.
