Nice hotel to visit medellin
Pros:

Room was really clean and it look it was recently renewed comfortable bed /room had ac/ clean sheets and good breakfast and a lot of places to buy food and drinks and more just in front of hotel and my room had a good view to the city

En el temblor el personal de limpieza me abanondono a mi suerte y casi pasa lo peor, para rematar el único castigo que les dieron fue bajarles de piso a uno más seguro, es una total vergüenza ese castigo.

las habitaciones son aplias muy buenas, ubicacion excelente sera al metro/ supermercado/ retiro de efectivo y mucho mas. lo unico es que si son personas que toman te/ aromatica de noche, el hotel despues que sera cosina (9 pm creo) ya no tienes posibilidad de agua caliente al menos que tengas una habitacion ejecutiva que tiene todo. (solo que no es muy aptas para 3 personas en la cama)

Todo, son muy atentos, hay en el hotel todo es serca y hay hasta un gimnasio

Me parece que el control para ingresar al hotel e identificar quién es huésped o no es mu regular y se torna muy inseguro por la cantidad de personas que hay, se presenta mucho desorden en la recepción, desayuno muy regular, muy costoso para lo que ofrecen

I like the location and how well the staff treated us.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. We asked for a cushion to put on the bed but it was hard too. I couldn't sleep well all the nights I stayed and suffered from the severe pain of fibromyalgia plus the pain added with the days sleeping uncomfortable. Everything else was good
