Great little getaway
Pros:

Staff was polite and friendly. Location was great. Making it easy to walk to nearby sites. Beautiful landscaping. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had everything you could want too!

Cons:

Doors slammed at all hours by guests and housekeeping. It was loud and annoying. Parking is limited and can be a bit challenging.

Room was clean, staff was helpful.. breakfast was good.

Cons:

Could not get the air conditioner to change temperature, no matter what buttons we pushed on the remote. No masseuse at the spa.

Absolutely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location. Wonderful river view. Restaurants nearby. A short walk to town. Saw a concert in the Art Park which is an easy from the hotel.

Cons:

Parking is available but sometimes a little wonky.

We’d visit again and likely stay here.
Pros:

The property was lovely with garden and sitting areas. Front doors looked worn but the rest of the hotel was very nice. Our room was very spacious. Close to the water and downtown restaurants & shops.

Pros:

We stay at the Niagara Crossings every year when visiting family in Western New York. Our room was really clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is terrific along the river and closeby to awesome restaurants. The staff as always were friendly & helpful. We for sure will stay at the Niagara Crossings on future visits to the Niagara Falls area.

Enjoyable and beautiful stay in the town where I grew up
Pros:

The rooms were huge and the bathroom spacious. Never waited for an elevator and staff was helpful with all our questions

Cons:

No hook for towel by sink, now dresser or table for clothes when trying to change in the bathroom. Finding Parking was horrible

The bathroom had no counter space. Except for a pedestal sink. Rusted out shelf in the shower and the pillows on the bed were so terrible, it gave me a pain in my neck.also, the cell service was extremely poor because we are so close to the river.
