Das Hotel ist etwas älter aber gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und gut. Abendessen a la carte mit Sonderwünschen: hervorragend!

Ein idealer Ort für einen Kurzurlaub mitten in einer an Urlaubs-Angeboten reich beschenkten Region.
Pros:

Lage unmittelbar neben der Albtherme mit gedecktem Zugang.
AlbCard inbegriffen: zahlreiche Angebote mit freiem Zugang, freie Fahrt mit ÖV
Reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Angenehme Check-in und -out-Zeiten

Cons:

Leider grenzt die im Entstehen begriffene Gartenschau (2027) als grosse Baustelle direkt an das Hotelgelände - tagsüber recht viel Lärm!

Schöne Woche im Hotel
Pros:

Von Anfang an herzlich Wilkommen ganze Team Super besonders der Junge Mann am Frühstucksbuffet...sehr Aufmerksam auch das ganze Personal im Restaueant.Kommen wieder. Auch das Ticket für Therme jeden Tag super.Zum Ausklingen nach Wanderung.

Cons:

Wäre gut das ein Getränke Automat dort Wäre.Ist zwar ein Kiosk direkt neben Hotel aber der hatte Urlaub.Ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden.

Outdated hotel beside the therme
Pros:

Right beside the therme and the stay grants you the AlbCard (which includes 5h of therme).
The room was spacious and comfortable, recently renovated.
The restaurant was great. So was breakfast.

Cons:

There’s a massive construction site just out of the hotel. So, don’t expect a cozy and relaxing vibe.
Except for our room (sleeping area), the hotel is super outdated and urgently needs renovation.
The bathroom was tiny and outdated as well. The hair dryer didn’t work.
The hotel staff didn’t provide us with a bath robe for the therme and we had to pay extra for it on the spot. We saw other guests carrying hotel bags and robes around, but we didn’t have any information about it when we checked in.

Schönes Hotel, aber derzeit zu viel Krach wegen der riesigen Baustelle davor

Ein Balkon am Zimmer. Der Wintergarten zum Essen. Sehr nettes Personal. Der kurze und schnelle Weg zur Therme. Die Lage zu Wanderwegen und Stadt.

Cons:

Für ein 4* Haus war das Frühstück täglich zu gleich und zu wenig Auswahl. Die riesige Baustelle direkt vorm Hotel und damit der Lärm und die vielen Sperrungen/Einschränkungen. Man hätte den Gast vorher informieren müssen/sollen. Die Parkplätze sind viel zu eng und zu wenige derzeit. Hatte sogar einen Kratzer am Auto und keiner hat sich gemeldet. Sehr schade.

Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt in strategisch sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön modernisiert, es war super sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Für uns war das Hotel in perfekter Lage zu den Wanderrouten im Umfeld. Auch der noch kostenlose Parkplatz war top. Das Hotel an sich ist aber schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und scheint stückweise renoviert zu werden. So ganz erschließen sich die 4 Sterne nicht. Der Preis war aber sicher angemessen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein große Hitzeperiode. Leider verfügt das Zimmer bei 4 Sternen nicht über Klimatisierung irgendeiner Art. Die Nacht war wie im Backofen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stockwerk. Der Balkon ist noch aus den „alten Zeiten“ des Hotels, klein, niedrig.
