had to step over a bagvof garbage to get into our room and the toilets were dirty without being sble to get the toilet paper out of its holder and the only toilet tgat the toilet paper was accessible had no toilet seat

The bathrooms looked to be recently renovated and the facilities were good. However it seemed that staff did not monitor the state of these facilities. Other guests had left towels and discarded toiletry packets on the floor.
Toilet paper dispensers were such that paper couldn't be accessed in several cubicles.
Some guests had forced open locked dispensers to access paper rolls.
I realise that these issues are caused by people who disrespect facilities and fellow guests, but guests who are reasonable and respectful are disadvantaged.
The poor state of facilities remained the same for over 14 hours - the duration of my stay. I was very surprised that the male bathroom facilities were not cleaned during that time.

Cleanliness seemed a problem this time. I’ve stayed here several times and usually very clean but this time bathrooms were not being serviced and my room was dirty. Floor not cleaned and bin not emptied.

There's almost never no one at reception. You have to go into the bar next door and talk to the waiters to let you in. That was weird.

The beds the room

Lots of stairs but it’s a given because it’s upstairs and a few floors :)

Really bad body odour smell and carpets and surfaces were not wiped down…not a fan of shared bathroom idea when travelling with kids
Had to ask for some smell nutrilizer to be able to check into room..leftover food was left in fridge with cutlery from downstairs. See photo

The room felt like a prison cell it was so small. No fridge, no kettle in the room. My room was as far away from the bathroom facilities and the communal fridge and coffee table as could be even though the receptionist on arrival told me all the rooms were near the bathroom. She lied.

The 1st person I spoke with at check-in lied to his manager about me waiting to check in as it was outside normal hours
I was waiting over 20 mins outside the door to enter reception area

Nothing really

That the bin in the apartment was full of someone else rubbish.
That a sweeper decided to clean the road at 3am and woke us up with flashing orange lights and very noisy.
It was advertised we would have 2 x double beds and a single bed and couch.
We had 2 double beds that was it we couldnt even stay with the 4 kids being able to sleep appropriately.
