Short stay, the nice corner of Gold Coast

Cons:

The place had a weird smell and you can hear your neighbours. Also they will not refund my $100 deposit, I stayed 10pm to 10am so nothing was damaged or even used that much, it was just to sleep and get ready. I have contacted the place 3 times and still no solution :(

Not bad just needs some work
Pros:

Affordable accomodation in an excellent position in the heart of Palm Beach. Got everything you need within 100m walking distance and close to the airport. Nice quiet pub that closed at 9pm every night. The pokies are open til 4am but wasn't too noisy. The shared bathroom facilities are very modern and clean. Nice big showers and clean toilets. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Overall a good cheap place to stay for a few nights. Just needs a bit of TLC which they are working on.

Cons:

The room I was in had a window that you can not open hence the room was not well ventilated which has probably caused the mould on the ceiling in room 24. Some rooms were getting renovated when I was there so hopefully they fix this. I couldnt even open the windows in the hallway so there was very little air flow. The room could do with a bit of a deper clean (eg. the dust build up behind TV.) The carpet is also dirty and holding a bad odour. The bed was extremely soft! The other room doors closing does make noise but there really isn't much that can be done about this so can't complain

Done the job for boys trip, as majority of time was spent out during day and night , comfortable room to sleep and amenities fairly clean n tidy
