La decoración y la ubicación
Decía que tenía un sofa-cama pero era mentira y aparte el control del primer cuarto estaba roto y era dificil prender las luces

Una ubicación excelente y práctica. Ideal para familias. La piscina es bonita, grande y limpia, y las habitaciones se limpian a fondo cada día con esmero y cariño.
Estaría bien establecer algunas normas para todos los huéspedes (no hacer ruido a partir de las 22:00, incluidos los ruidos de cocina, como el de la licuadora, o la música).
Location is great. A big supermarket 5 mins walk away, a great Argentinian steakhouse next door, Chahué beach is also close by
I wouldn’t say there was something that I didn’t like about it, but a bar could be nice
El lugar tiene una excelente localización, cerca de avenidas principales, farmacias y del Chedraui además de que las instalaciones están muy limpias y el staff es muy atento, consideramos volver a este lugar en la próxima ocasión
Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación ya que estaba goteando y no enfriaba. Amablemente nos cambiaron a otra habitación pero de igual manera el equipo no enfriaba tanto, creo que deberían de revisar el mantenimiento de los equipos o hasta considerar aumentar la capacidad de los equipos para que alcancen a enfriar los cuartos ya que si son un poco grandes y parece que los equipos no se dan abasto con el calor de Huatulco
Esta muy bien ubicado, se tiene cerca chedraui y la avenida para poder tomar taxi o transporte público. Un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y estar con la familia.

Then location was excellent and the room was clean.
There was a smell that came out periodically when the air conditioner was on in room 506. The shower head wasn't the greatest but it still worked, only a minor issue.
