Excellent staff!
Pros:

Our stay was amazing. The staff are so accommodating, attentive, friendly and welcoming.. they made our stay extra special. The breakfast was wonderful, lots to choose from and the chefs would also visit our table to see if we wanted something made especially for us. The kids loved the welcome cookies in the room, the special welcome pancakes, the kids club (shout out to Dion) and the towel animals. We enjoyed the pools, especially the one on the rooftop. The location is great, with convenience stores and spas close by. We will definitely be coming back.

Cons:

Nothing! We were sad to leave..

Pros:

朝食バイキングも種類が多く、バリの名物を一通り食べることができた。またその場で作ってくれる料理も多く、出来立てを食べる事も出来た。
またスタッフもフレンドリーで過ごしやすかった。

Cons:

少しだけ施設に年季が入っているが、そこまで気にならない。

Excellent hotel and staff in a great location.
Pros:

Staff are very attentive and always asking if there was anything else we needed they were great. Kids club was very good for our 4 year old. Location was great alot going on around the hotel very lively. We had the buffet one night for dinner and it was great lots of options and breakfast was excellent. There aren’t many sun loungers around the pool but we didn’t use the pool much.

Pros:

We upgraded the original room, thinking we would get additional bed because we were three and the original room only has one king-sized bed, but the upgraded room has the one king-sized bed. The only difference is the size of the room and a sofa. But it is okay. At least we have a lot of space to unload and repack our stuff.

The staff is super helpful, and offered to bring our luggage into our room when the room is ready. Though the room is ready early and we get to get into our room earlier than check-in time. They offered us an ice-cream while we wait at the lobby. Breakfast is great too!

Cons:

We checked-in late and had to check out early so we didn't get to look around.
