Booking.com mention adult pool, there wasn't one.. wasn't that much of a worry but was just a shock when we found outthere wasn't one..

Great time here, good for couples, good for families.
Pros:

Breakfast is great, there are a lot of choices, quality is high, orders are met, take away is encouraged and the menu items are really good. We had many people comment on what we were ordering and how to get it. Staff is wonderful. Cannot say enough about how nice everyone is at Four Points. We were always well taken care of and attended to, even while I was away for work, they took extra care of my wife and she wanted for nothing. We had checked out, but the staff allowed us to stay, use the pool and gym shower. We especially liked to relax in the hot tub and roof pool at night. I appreciate this hotel a lot and intend to return.

Cons:

Not much the hotel can do about it, but walking in the heat is just something you have to deal with in Bali. Regarding the hotel, there is nothing bad about it, if it is possible have a hot tub on the roof as the ground level one closes at 7 pm.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff .
Also there was water stations on every floor which was a great idea.

Cons:

The location was a bit further to the beach than we usually like.
The balconies only have room for one chair, not very good if you have two or more people in your room.
