We used spa. Considering the price, that was not really luxurious. Spa room is exactly same as standards rooms and next to kids pool and fitness.

A great hotel for a stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, such a large choice, loved sitting outside. The room was exceptionally clean and I had a great night’s sleep. Had the chicken kebabs for dinner, so yummy!!

Zápach plísně na pokoji, neochotný personál. Ponteto zkušenosti jsme se neubytovali a zaplatili si jiný hotel.

Pros:

Der Service ist nicht nur freundlich sondern auch extrem professionell. Ich war beeindruckt, insbesondere für den Preis. Zimmer sehr sauber. Klimaanlage gut gewartet.

Cons:

Anhand der Bewertungen hatte ich mir mehr vom Kids Club erhofft. Programm Punkte sind öfters ausgefallen und die Kinder empfanden die Betreuung als nicht zugewandt.

Friendly staff & luxury, convenient location for shopping.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Hotel is cool and location was very convenient as we more focused on shopping in Kuta. We enjoyed the pool and the design was so nice.

Cons:

First night the mini bar had a water leakage. However it was fixed once we informed them. Room floor was keep getting wet and it was something we didn't like 'coz we prefer a clean, dry floor all the time.
