A gem in Kuta
Pros:

Very comfortable room and nice big pillows! Breakfast buffet has a large variety of Indonesian fare to choose from as well as the usual westernised food. Yum! We also took full advantage of the happy hours at the 2 bars! Very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Peaceful break in Kuta
Pros:

Lovely quiet location but very central to everything. Two really good pools and several bars (with happy hours) and plenty of food options. Staff are very accommodating. The breakfast buffet has lots of delicious options.

A hotel nagyon jó helyen van. A személyzet nagyon kedves, figyelmes, segítőkész és figyelmes. A szoba mérete jó, felszerelt ( kis hűtő, tv, hajszárító, klíma). Színvonalas, a fürdőbe kis midernizáció ráférne, de rendben van. A reggeli kínálat fantasztikus. Hatalmas választék és a személyzet nagyon kedves. A medence és a tetőmedence nagyon jó. Étterme is van,nem drága jó választék, kedves kiszolgálás. Ár érték arány jó. A tengerpart 10 perc séta csak. Kijelentkezés t meg lehet hosszabbítani egy óra 100 ezer idr. Nyugodt pihenés maximális figyelem a vendégre.

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after.

A special thank you to Partha, the manager, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine care ensured that every concern was handled promptly and that our stay was memorable. We are also incredibly grateful to Chef Budi, who took exceptional care in preparing delicious vegetarian meals for our family. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our dietary and religious requirements meant so much to us.

Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Their hospitality, smiles, and willingness to assist made us feel truly valued as guests.

Thank you to the entire Four Points by Sheraton Bali team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.
