Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, très proche du centre-ville. La voiture est inutile : tout (plage, bazars, restaurants) est accessible à pied en dix minutes maximum. L'établissement, les chambres et la piscine sont propres. La présence d'un petit bassin pour enfants rend l'endroit adapté aux familles. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant, et le service de ménage est efficace. Les salles de bain sont équipées d'une douche et de toilettes, avec une eau chaude fonctionnelle. La climatisation dans le salon et la chambre à coucher fonctionne bien. Un nettoyage quotidien est possible sur demande.

Les points mitigés : J'ai réservé via Booking.com et payé la totalité sur place, où j'ai appris qu'une négociation était possible, information qui ne m'a pas été communiquée. Aucun avantage ne m'a été accordé, contrairement à ma famille qui m'accompagnait et a pu négocier. J'ai ensuite compris par téléphone que d'autres clients avaient obtenu de bien meilleurs tarifs. Il semble que les prix varient considérablement selon le nombre de personnes, l'origine du touriste (étranger ou local) et la durée du séjour.

Cons:

Le deuxième jour, en demandant 5 litres d'eau à la réception, on m'a facturé 75 ₺. Bien que le prix soit bas, le manque de geste commercial envers un client n'ayant pas négocié (et payant probablement bien plus cher que les autres, estimés entre 200 et 300 ₺ par jour) a été décevant. De plus, aucune signalétique n'indique que l'eau est payante à la réception. Concernant le parking, bien qu'il soit mentionné comme existant, il n'y a pas d'espace dédié aux clients ; il faut se garer dans la rue où les places sont quasi introuvables en journée grâce à la présence de plusieurs banques. Heureusement, le responsable de l'hôtel a réussi à nous trouver une place. Les toilettes présentaient un dysfonctionnement, nécessitant deux ou trois chasses d'eau à chaque utilisation, mais nous n'avons pas jugé utile de le signaler. Il n'y a ni table ni chaises à l'extérieur ou à la réception pour s'asseoir en famille, sauf si l'on utilise les transats de la piscine ou les sièges du bar (sous condition de consommation). Enfin, la musique du soir de l'hôtel voisin était quelque peu gênante, nous obligeant à rester dans notre chambre, heureusement bien insonorisée.

Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικο η καθαριοτητα , το apartment μεγάλο η απόσταση από το κέντροστα 500μετρα .τα dolmus στα 100μετρα . Και περνάνε σχεδόν κάθε 5λεπτα ..τα σούπερ μαρκετ πολύ κοντά , .επίσης έχει μεγάλη πισίνα πυρασφαλεια νέα πιο εξελιγμένη με πολλές εξόδους κινδύνου. Αυτά περιληπτικά.

All staff were friendly with exception of cleaners.

Cons:

The cleaners were shocking. My young grand children clean better. Dirty floor corners. Floors not hoovered or washed correctly or daily. Chair’s / table’s / or settee’s not moved / bed or hoovered or washed underneath not changed daily. Fresh towels not given daily. Table’s never washed correctly or daily. Balcony not cleaned properly. Dirty dishes in cupboard.

Pros:

Отель расположен в шаговой доступности от центра и моря. Очень хороший хозяин, отзывчивый. В отеле делается ремонт, будет еще красивее в следующем году. Очень хорошая цена.
