It is a delightful stay, first-timers to Perth should choose this hotel for your convenience
Pros:

Positive vibes:
1)location is excellent, as the hotel is located near:
-Perth Train Station
-Bus Terminus
-Chinatown
-lots of eateries

2)room size is fairly large

3)staff is friendly esp Lauren

Cons:

Negative vibes
1)lighting in the room is too dim and more lights should be added

2)no toothbrush and toothpaste provided

It is lovely looking hotel

Cons:

It was incredibly loud on Friday night, even with earplugs in. Carpet looks like it needs replacing. Breakfast was pretty poor, I am glad it was included in my room price - however there is no way it would be worth $30 if you paid for it. The following day I did not bother. I found one of the staff members rude about the coffee ordering process.

Overall cosy with reading/chilling spaces - just overpriced for what you get in comparison to other hotels

Great value and location
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location inNorthbridge and also very close to the city. The State Theatre is nearby and so is Yagan Square as well as great restaurants. The room was clean, tidy, stylish and of a good size.

The balcony was small and looked onto a hotel across the road, but it was still nice to have the option of using it.

Cons:

Something to accept if you stay in this hotel is that they do not have tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms nor do they have a mini bar.

I stayed here previously and found that disappointing, however this time having in mind the excellent price of the room for the location I think it is worth a tiny inconvenience.

They do however have very smart communal facilities.

Great stay in comfortable surroundings in a magnificent city
Pros:

Great location with friendly and helpful staff and we have stayed here before and would not stay anywhere else. Close to food , entertainment and sporting facilities it is a perfect place to stay in a relaxed environment
