Pretty central for a Palermo visit
Pros:

The property is perfectly located for exploring Palermo’s main attractions. While the breakfast selection is somewhat limited, the quality of the food is good and provides a solid start to the day.

Cons:

I booked a triple room but was provided with a double room instead. Because I had pre-booked five different hotels across Sicily, I didn't notice the discrepancy until we were already settled in. Since we were only staying for three nights, I decided not to raise the issue to avoid the hassle of moving, though the room felt quite cramped. Overall, the stay was decent, but I would have preferred the extra square footage I paid for.

Best stay I had in Italy!!!
Pros:

Wow, we had such a great stay! Comfy beds, good breakfast, amazing location - but above all - Unbelievably nice, courteous & helpful staff.
We were there with our small child and my elderly parents so we're perhaps a bit more demanding guests - But the amazing young and vibrant hotel team never let us feel anything other than very very welcome. Thank you guys! I would definitely come back.

Ein kleines Juwel mitten im Herzen von Palermo

Das Alma Hotel ist ein kleines Juwel im Herzen von Palermo. Die zentrale Lage ist hervorragend – zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man die Stadt direkt vor der Haustür erleben kann.

Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, das Bett ausgesprochen bequem. Besonders gefallen haben mir auch die kleinen durchdachten Details. Selbst für die Geräuschkulisse, die am Wochenende aufgrund der zentralen Lage entstehen kann, hatte das Hotel mit bereitgestellten Ohropax vorgesorgt.

Das Frühstück bietet eine schöne Auswahl an frischen, süßen und herzhaften Speisen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber das Personal: unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich hier nicht einfach nur untergebracht, sondern wirklich willkommen. Für mich haben Lage, Komfort, Sauberkeit, Frühstück und persönlicher Service absolut überzeugt.

Cons:

Durch die sehr zentrale Lage war es am Wochenende auch nachts teilweise etwas lauter. Das gehört bei einer Unterkunft mitten im lebendigen Zentrum von Palermo allerdings ein Stück weit dazu. Sehr aufmerksam fand ich deshalb, dass das Hotel bereits vorgesorgt und Ohropax im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt hat.
