أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير لإدارة الفندق وكافة منسوبيه على المستوى الرفيع من الاحترافية وحسن الضيافة الذي لمسته منذ لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة
فقد كان الاستقبال راقياً ومميزاً وعكست الخدمات المقدمة خلال فترة الإقامة اهتماماً حقيقياً براحة النزلاء وحرصاً على تقديم تجربة متكاملة ترتقي لأعلى المعايير
كما أن جودة الخدمة وسرعة الاستجابة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل كانت محل تقدير وإعجاب مما جعل الإقامة تجربة مريحة وممتعة تستحق الإشادة

فندق مناسب للذي يبحث عن النوم فقط

القيمة + الهدوء + الفطور

-عدم وجود مواقف مخصصه للسيارات . المواقف فيي الشارع
-التشديد في دخول الأكل مع عدم وجود مطعم لائق في الفندق مما يضطر النزيل كل وجبه يغادر الفندق ولا يوجد حول الفندق مطاعم لازم يروح بالسيارة او اذا كان خايف على موقف السيارة يروح منه ياخذ تكسي لان المواقف محدوده امام الفندق
- مرافق الفندق لارتقاء لفندق خمس نجوم خاصة المركز الصحي و المسبح . اخذة يومين لم اشاهد احد من النزلاء الا في صالة الفطور او عند مدخل الفندق ساعة الدخول او الخروج

Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Service For a good health u

I have been staying at Oryx Hotel Aqaba with my family for many times , returning regularly because of its comfort, convenient location near the city center, and excellent service.

However, during this visit, I noticed a remarkable improvement in every aspect of the hotel. The level of professionalism, cleanliness, and overall service exceeded my expectations. Everything was well organized, and the attention to detail was outstanding.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would like to express my appreciation to everyone who contributed to making our stay memorable, including the reception team, supervisors, bus driver, housekeeping staff, restaurant chef and waiters, as well as the pool attendant.

This was truly an amazing experience for me and my family. Thank you, Oryx Hotel Aqaba, for your dedication to providing such excellent hospitality. We look forward to returning again.

إقامة ممتازة وخدمة رائعة، وسأكرر الزيارة بكل تأكيد.

أعجبتني نظافة الغرفة، موقع الفندق المميز، واحترافية طاقم العمل. كما أود شكر بهاء ومروان من خدمة الغرف على حسن التعامل وسرعة الاستجابة لأي طلب.
