very dissapointing

The hotel was in a very center of the city. Very convenient.

I have booked the hotel, on booking.com While I was booking the the description was very promising: "exceptional value with outstanding 40% discount", etc. The price was still quite high, but the expectations very high too. When I checked in it was complete disappointment: room very very small, no widow you could look it. The room was not worth the price (even if it was no discount). My friends booked another hotel near by very similar price and it was a way better. I looked at booking.com and I could see the the same messages "exceptional value with 40% discount", and nice pictures of spacious nice room... I talked to receptionist about my disappointment and complains of "false advertisement", she kind of agreed with my judgement and didn't propose any solution and said I can complain if I want. This is way I do here. I travel a lot and very rarely see such neglect in treatment in the hotel of 4 stars....
