Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is its management. The beds were comfortable. Its in Midtown, which is a great location. It is possible to walk around, but I did not see many pedestrians. It's near an historic site, restaurants, some shops, and cafes.

Cons:

The room needs love. The bathroom door had a hole in it that looked like someone punched it. The towels were small and thin.

Ok in a pinch but not worth $80+ a night.
Pros:

It was quiet for the most part. The room was reasonably clean.

Cons:

There was a guy that kept smoking marijuana on the stairs by my door and the smell was pulled into the room by the AC unit. This happened like 5 times throughout the night. When I said something to the manager at checkout, he just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn’t help what people do. Yet he spent most of the afternoon standing outside watching people come and go. I felt very “watched” because he kept staring at the doors and windows. I dunno…

Great location, stayed for the FSU graduation which was only a few miles from the hotel.
Pros:

The room and property were exactly what I expected.
A clean place to stay for a very reasonable price.

Cons:

The shower area needed to be upgraded like the new flooring which was very comfortable to walk on. Also, some fresh paint would make a difference. Overall it was a positive stay.
