In the city center, but a bit outdated

I really liked the location, which is convenient and easy to reach. The hotel is generally clean and offers the basic comfort needed for a short stay

Cons:

The property feels a bit outdated and more like a hostel than a hotel, which was not what I expected. It definitely needs some renovation and modernization.
Breakfast could be improved, especially with more sweet and European-style options.
Overall, I also found the price quite high for the level of the accommodation

Cons:

Хорошее расположение, аппартаменты в хорошем состоянии. Завтрак такой же как в любом отеле, только помещение маленькое для, гостей, но все дружелюбные. В следующий раз остановимся там.

Понравилось все! Две очень большие спальни, три санузла, огромная кухня-гостиная. Вся необходимая посуда в наличии. Постели просто шикарные, очень удобные матрасы и подушки, все постельное белье белоснежное. Мы были в этом отеле уже второй раз и в следующий приезд обязательно приедем только сюда! Потрясающее месторасположение, практически в самом центре. В течение 10 минут можно дойти до центральной площади Республики, все магазины, кофейни, рестораны - все рядом.

Cons:

Наверное, жалюзи в ванной в мастер-спальне можно уже заменить)

В целом, впечатления отличные, нам было очень уютно и спокойно. В следующий раз остановимся тоже здесь.
Pros:

Отношение персонала к гостям и своей работе. Чистота и простор в нашем номере. Отличный завтрак.

Cons:

Было бы здорово, если бы можно было в сохранности оставить где-то коляску. Лифт часто перегружен и спуститься вниз с коляской и ребенком в ней невозможно.

Tutto abbondantemente positivo
Pros:

Posizione centrale. Rapporto qualità prezzo top. Colazione fantastica. Ambiente pulito. Camera spaziosa compreso il bagno. Avevamo la camera con vista monte Ararat che è stato un plus pazzesco.

Cons:

Fondamentalmente nulla.

Excellent accommodation in a great location
Pros:

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I can only say positive things. The staff is kind and patient, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable. Everything is clean. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. The location of the hotel is also very good, close to the Republic Square.

Veldig hyggelig hostel/hotell med god stemning over forventning sentralt i Jerevan
Pros:

Utrolig hyggelig betjening, og god stemning på hotellet hvor gjester henger rundt, spiser sen frokost og jobber i co-workingrommet. Egentlig et hostel, så fasiliteter og rom var over forventning.

We had two bathroom very spacious apartment. It was really great and very well organized because every bedroom had its own bathroom.

Cons:

The furniture could be updated in the apartment. The rest was great.

Отличное соотношение цена-качество
Pros:

Аппартаменты полностью укомплектованы всем, необходимым для проживания. Есть стиральная машина, микроволновка, набор для мытья посуды ( моющее средство, щетка и губка), полноценный, большой холодильник с морозильной камерой ( не миниатюры, как в отелях), сушилка для белья, халаты, тапочки, мыльные принадлежности, зубные щетки и паста и т.д. В обеих комнатах установлены кондиционеры. Всё работало исправно.
Номер двухкомнатный с большим коридором. Мебель функциональная, много мест для хранения вещей. Есть сейф.
Отличные завтраки 👍

Cons:

Тесновато на завтраке, много людей, не всегда хватает мест за столом, но можно за стойкой расположиться.
Не очень хорошая шумоизоляция, слышно, как соседи из квартир на этаже возвращаются поздно ночью домой.
