Cons:

We had two rooms: one triple and one double. We requested a late checkout because my mother is 83 years old and our flight was late at night. The hotel kindly allowed us to keep one room until 6:00 p.m.; however, there was an additional charge of €100, which felt quite high to us. Initially, we were informed that a late checkout would not be possible as the hotel was fully booked. When we mentioned that we were happy to pay for the extra time, a room became available. We would have appreciated clearer communication about this from the beginning.

Pros:

Hotel situato su due piani all'interno di un edificio a più piani. Buone le dimensioni delle camere. Comodi i letti. Personale gentile ed efficiente. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto (con prenotazione). Ottima la colazione.. molto varia e possibilità durante il giorno di usufruire di bevande calde/fredde. Buona posizione a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza della repubblica.

A conveniently located, very fairly priced and very agreeable hotel in the broad centre of Yerevan
Pros:

This was my second stay at Kantar Hotel. I like the location, it is in walking distance to all that is worth seeing in Yerevan. The price-quality ratio of the hotel is optimal. I think breakfast used to be better, but it is still good enough.

Cons:

Reaching the Reception upon arrival can be tricky, especially if the Security person is not around. The view from all of the rooms is not cheerful, but that is not the hotel's fault. I have been at 2 rooms and 1 apartment and in each of them the hose from the bath tap to the shower head were heavily leaking, It is a huge waste of water, but also the water pressure in the shower head gets quite weak. For precision - room 34 and apartment 44 were the latest.

Прекрасный отель, большие номера. В нашем было две двухспальных кровати, что очень удобно когда отдыхаешь с детьми. Завтраки вкусные. Приятная общая лаундж зона.

Pros:

The hotel is run jointly with a hostel, which makes it in part backpacker territory. The breakfast has a nice atmosphere, as the room is organized around the kitchen where a few staff members work tirelessly to refill what is on offer. I would say that the food provided is very simple but fresh and it all reminded me a bit of breakfast at institutions, with people being quite mindful of each other. I think mileage can vary enormously at this place; as a hotel, I think it is "ok" ... with fairly comfortable simple rooms that are spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Check-in was at 3 pm, pretty much not a minute earlier, which I found a little tiresome having arrived from an overnight flight at 7 am. Everything proceeds according to rules at this place, a bit like at a Youth Hostel.

Pros:

La posizione è superlativa, vicinissima a Piazza della Repubblica, il teatro dell’Opera, il mercato della frutta secca (il GUM market). Ho visitato la città a piedi. Il personale della reception ci ha accolto in modo professionale e con il sorriso. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

La sala colazione è un po’ piccolina e forse male organizzata. Il buffet è troppo concentrato in uno spazio troppo piccolo. Il secchio della spazzatura dovrebbe essere messo un po’ più lontano rispetto agli alimenti.

Не отель- хостел со своей комнатой и туалетом. Грязновато.
Pros:

Персонал очень милый и приветливый. Всегда готовы помочь.

Cons:

На фото красивый отель. По факту обшарпанное жилое здание. На рецепшн все милые, приветливые. Сам номер грязный, вид из окна как трущобы. Как будто это хостел, но с собственной комнатой и ванной.
Завтрак как у кого-то на кухне, много всего, но к чистоте вопросики. Плюс кухней могут пользоваться все после завтрака - стоят какие-то кульки, контейнеры.

То есть это не отель - а больше как хостел.
