La ubicación es muy buena, la limpieza y el edificio muy lindo

Cons:

Normalmente cuando solicito una habitación doble me dan una cama King size o Queen size esta vez me dieron una matrimonial me pareció muy pequeña para lo que siempre me da Booking, por otro lado me dieron un pasillo donde se escuchaban los ruidos por la noche y la luz del pasillo nunca lo apagaron, también el aire acondicionado sonaba un poco.

最高のロケーションで快適な宿
Pros:

【室内】
ベットも水回りも清潔。タオルも綺麗。エアコンも問題なく使える。
自分が宿泊した部屋は完全にモバイルデータ通信の電波が入らなかった。しかしWi-Fiが使えるので大きな問題ではなかった。
（esimのエラーかと思って慌てたが、ホテルから出たらモバイルデータ通信は使える。）

【ロケーション】
市街地にあり、街並みがすごく綺麗。少し歩いただけで様々な教会や庭園、レストラン等お店がたくさんある。治安も良い方だと思う。
また早朝から深夜まで開いているコンビニみたいなお店（OXXO、SuperQ）も近くにあるので便利（確か7時〜23時頃）。

【設備】
Wi-Fi、エレベーター、24時間フロント、ホテル直結レストラン（朝7時〜）

【スタッフ】
英語は通じるし、日本語を少し話せる方もいる。
到着前のやり取りからチェックアウトの対応まで、親切でとてもホスピタリティを感じることができた。

Cons:

【室内】
洗面所の電気と換気扇のスイッチが一緒だったので、換気を常にしようとすると電気をつけっぱなしにしておかなければいけない。
ホテルの通路側に窓があり、その窓とカーテンの間が少しあるため若干プライバシーの点で気になった。

【ロケーション】（注意点）
ホテル前の道は歩行者天国になっており、車は近くの道までしか乗り入れられない。また、市街地のため周辺は一方通行の道がたくさんある。
