Das Hotel ist schlechter geworden (waren schon 2 x dort).

Der Empfang am Anreisetag war dürftig. Das erste Zimmer war wie eine Turnhalle - keine angemessene Möblierung - das Türschloss war sowohl von aussen wie von innen für den Kunden nicht zum öffnen - wir mussten die Rezeption anrufen, damit wir wieder rausgehen konnten. Das Safeschloss war defekt (nicht brauchbar). Im zweiten Zimmer konnten wir bis 23.30 h nicht ins Bett, da der Lärmpegel (gemessen) bei 56.0 dB LEQ lag. Auf der ersten Treppenstufe beim Empfang war der Lärmpegel 86.8 dP LEQ. Das dritte Zimmer war für diese Preiskategorie auf die schlechte Seite (Parkplatz) ausgerichtet. Das Badezimmer viel zu klein für 2 Personen (nur ein kleines Lavabo ohne genügend Abstellfläche). Das Bett hatte eine schlechtere Matratze und war kleiner als vorher. Der Zimmerdienst am Abend funktionierte nicht (höchstens nur eine Bettseite minim abgedeckt. Bei einer solchen Preiskategorie erwartet der Kunde im Minimum eine Flasche Mineralwasser (gratis) im Zimmer bereitgestellt, was nicht so war.

Pros:

Calm and relaxing hotel for a short retreat. Well maintained spa area and gym. Staff is helpful and does the job well. Wifi no issues and decent availability. Slippers.

Cons:

A lot of pets, it didn't help with the vibe when the rooms smelled like dog on arrival. Toiletries, room quality in general and other extras mediocre for this class.

From unpleasant 4 Star to a fantastic 5 Star and worth every Euro.
Pros:

Sauna, a number of pool options. The POOLS OPEN LATE! The hotel was neat. The maintenance was properly performed. As a facility expert, nothing irritates me more than sloppy caulking, poor painting standards, and, worst of all, crooked pictures and paintings. The Premiere was not perfect, but what made the difference between an ok hotel and a quality hotel was its focus on what people notice.

Cons:

The bed. The pillows made up for the bed's firmness. When I go on a vacation to relax, I want to "sink" into everything. The one thing I noticed was that the housekeeping carts left marks along every hallway. A chair rail at the height of the marks would hide those and cut down on repaint costs.
