Für Familien nutzbar, aber die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein und die Einrichtung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich sauber und es gab ausreichend Platz für unsere Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Außerdem waren viele Gäste mit Hunden vor Ort, was für Hundebesitzer sicherlich angenehm ist.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, die jedoch sehr klein waren. Man konnte sich kaum bewegen. Ich bin 1,72 m groß und wenn ich im Bett lag, war die Wand direkt vor mir. Größere Personen werden hier wahrscheinlich erhebliche Platzprobleme haben. Die gesamte Einrichtung wirkt zudem sehr altmodisch und könnte modernisiert werden.

Wenn die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch sind, kann man durchaus dort wohnen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist recht gut. Die Betten angenehm, die Ausstattung am Balkon war ebenfalls gut.

Cons:

Es gab zwar ein Nudelsieb und Koch Werkzeug, aber keine Töpfe oder Pfannen. Wir haben allerdings auch nicht gefragt, da unser Sohn mit Familie ebenfalls eine Wohnung hatte und wir dann deren Töpfe benutzt haben. Bei denen waren die Kochplatten dafür total versifft, so dass wir wiederum dann bei uns gekocht haben. Leider war der Kinderspielplatz gesperrt, vermutlich wegen Bauarbeiten, aber es war ein sehr schöner in der Nähe im Kurpark.

Amazing host and facilities... highly recommended!
Pros:

We interacted mainly with Rahim which took good care of us... Amazing host!
Facilities are amazing, which includes pool, sauna, gym and activities... We found this place randomly but we think already to come back for longer.

Cons:

I guess for people without a car, could be a bit hard to reach... however this was not our case.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, Restaurants und Essensmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war gut, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Sehr schöne Gegend, Ausflüg zum Königssee ist empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Es waren nicht alle Kuchenutensilien da, keine Badetücher ( man muss doppelt mitbringen, für die Dusche und Schwimmbad).
