I had an excellent stay at Conrad Makkah. The hotel offers outstanding value for money, with beautiful rooms, excellent facilities, and a perfect location just a short walk 5mn from Al-Masjid Al-Haram.

What truly made the difference was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to abdulkarim, abdulrahim, Mohamed, Aasem in the Executive Business Lounge, Mohamed Meftah in Al Mearaj restaurant, Omar Shazly in Prime restaurant , Amer in the reception, Walid Hazmii security men and who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to assist.

The service throughout the hotel was first-class, and the genuine kindness of the team made us feel at home. I highly recommend Conrad Makkah to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding service. I will definitely return

الفندق هادئ والغرف واسعة

اعجبني تعامل الموظفين واخص الاستاذ صالح ؛ المرافق والممرات نظيفه وواسعه ؛ حجزت غرفة ثلاث ليالي لكن الليلةالاولى بعد دخولي للغرفة تفاجئت بمساحتها الصغيرة وكانت مغايرة للصور في البوكنج اخبرت الاستاذ صالح واعتذر مني ووعدني بتغييرها لبقية الليالي وبالفعل تم تغييرها في الليله الثانيه وكانت اطلالة جزئية ؛ الفندق هادئ والمصاعد كثيرة لم اشعر بالزحام اطلاقا وعوازل الغرف ممتازه
