سرعة استجابة قسم النظافه من مشرفة التنظيف دارين
تتعامل بكل احترافيه ،

Cons:

موظفينا ومشرف الاستقبال يجب ان يكون لديهم احترافيه وتفهم ومرونة لكبار السن في وقت ساعات الدخول للفندق ومراعاة ذلك
مكان كرسي الاستحمام في حمام ذو الاحتياجات الخاصه مكانه خطر بالنسبه لكبار السن في عدم القدره بالتحكم في مساعدتهم وقت الاستحمام .

إقامة بجوار بيت الله الحرام من أجمل الإقامات 👍
Pros:

رجل الأمن البشوش الذي يقف عند باب الدخول و الخروج لبهو المول ومنه لساحة الحرم .. لم أتعرف على اسمه .. و لكنه كان بشوشاً مرحباً بنزلاء الفندق في جميع الأوقات بالإضافة لقراءته للقرآن الكريم بصوتٍ جميل .. شكراً له و للطفه و بشاشته و دعواته الطيبة .

Great hotel with fantastic staff!
Pros:

From the reception staff to housing keeping and even the staff at the restaurant were absolutely superb. And, a special thank you to Mr Tayyab ( restaurant manager) and Fayez Khan. Conrad is at the top of its game. I’ve been here 4 times, looking forward to coming again.
