A day in makka in a dusty hot room

موقعه مميز فيه خدمات حوله وعلى بعد اقل من 5 دقايق من الحرم مشي على القدم. موظف الاستقبال مشكورا وافق انه يمدد لي الشك أوت على الساعة 4 عصرا..

Cons:

المكيف ما يبرد. والغرفة جدا مغبرة واضح له فترة ما تنظفت. وشوفوا صورة المخدات اللي غبار مكوم فيها مع حشرة بق أتوقع او صرصور صغير.
شراشف السرير وسخة وفيها ريحة وطول الوقت اعطس وعيوني محمرة بسبب الغبار. لاحظت أصلا في اللوبي اغلب عاملي النظافة ينظفون بدون انتباه لأنهم ماسكين موبايلاتهم وينظفون الأرضية بآلات التنظيف بدون انتباه، فيه مكان تنظف وفيه مكان لا. هذا وهو لوبي، فما بالك بغرف الفندق الداخليه، ما فيه إشراف.

كذلك في الصباح، ما ابلغ الفندق القاطنين ان في اختبار او تست على سماعات الغرف. فزيت من نومي وهم يقولون "تست تست" بصراحة تروعت. المفروض يتم إبلاغ القاطنين انه في اختبار من الساعة كذا إلا كذا عشان الواحذ يحتاط

A truly blessed experience from start to finish.
Pros:

My stay at Jabal Omar Conrad Makkah during Hajj was truly exceptional. The location made everything easy, with quick access to the Haram. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfect for a spiritual trip. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful. For such a busy season, the value was outstanding. I left feeling grateful and well taken care of.

I had an excellent stay at Conrad Makkah. The location is outstanding, with extremely convenient and easy access to Masjid al-Haram, making it ideal for pilgrims and families. Reaching the Haram was effortless, which greatly enhanced our overall experience.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. The rooms, common areas, and facilities were maintained to a very high professional standard, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.

The atmosphere of the hotel was calm, peaceful, and relaxing, providing the perfect place to rest after prayers and long days of worship. The staff were highly professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. Their support and hospitality made our stay even more pleasant.

Pros:

Less than 5 min walk to Al Haram
Great vibe, and link to mall, plenty choice for eating out.
Rooms cosy, clean, and comfy. Got a link wirh Al Haram PA system
Staff are warm and cordial. Was greeted by Mr Muhammad Ali and he gave the best hospitality ever.

An Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service.

Al humdulillah this hotel has been an absolute pleasure to stay in.

Absolutely amazing service all the way from beginning to end. Rooms and service was great, very spacious and well equipped. Very close to the haram. I would like to add a Special gratitude and thanks to Muhammad Ali (Hilton Honors Manager), for going above and beyond, to make our stay more comfortable and easier.
Highly recommend Conrad Makkah for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.
Honestly, the service was excellent, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the warm attitude of the staff made us feel completely at home.

The room was extremely spacious, the food options are incredible (beyond our expectations) and the amenities, extremely convenient.

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the Holy Lands of Makkah.
