Very good , clean .
Pros:

Everything, staff at reception , house keeping , breakfast.
Room was cleaned every day .

Cons:

Although location is good , the police block up the road . Makes it very difficult to go through and you have to go all the way round . Especially with elderly people with wheel chair .
Breakfast gets busy ,

Pros:

We were upgraded to a more comfortable room on the 19th floor with Haram View. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our stay was amazing. Everything was nearby. The haram was right across the entrance of the hotel. I couldn't have made a better choice. Conrad was perfect!

Amazing Hotel! Would book again.
Pros:

Customer service and Breakfast was amazing, Hotel was clean and modern and with it being close to the Haram it was a massive plus. With food places located in the same tower and adjoining towers, everything was in close proximity of the Hotel.

Cons:

After cleaning the room freshner was intense....although a nice smell...it was very strong for my nose.
