3 stories, no elevator
Pros:

Clean campus. It was ok, but not fabulous. Ever seen a split level hotel room? Step up into the bathroom. I liked the newish look to the reno. Pool was open and crystal clear. Nestled in Amish country next toa farm, close to everything you'd want to see and do in Lancaster. Had all the normal amenities-coffeepot, microwave, fridge. It was all functional and clean. Cable TV. Excellent WIFI.

Cons:

3 floors,no elevator. It's a hike up three flights. It was good, but I doubt I'd return to climb 3 stories. I was optimistic about the climb thoug, being I had no choice. Staff lessthan thrilled to be there it seemed.

Cons:

I booked my reservation with booking.com. When I arrived they told me I had to pay again even though I showed receipt I already paid. Beware of this scam they run to try and get double the money for your stay. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere to avoid this from happening to you.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't good.. it was the same every day. The eggs looked like tiles. The room was ok and clean but it needed renovation.it needed a table and better lighting.

Pros:

The beds were so hard I couldn't sleep it killed my back...the toilet seat slid and pinched my thigh...the house keeper only came in to clean once ..staff was excellent and breakfast was really good...we are handicapped and had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage

Reasonable price for reasonable accommodation
Pros:

Basic, no frills clean room, comfortable bed. Location good for our planned activities and the price was reasonable.

Cons:

Rooms could use some upgrade in cleaning and maintainence. Breakfast room too crowded with furniture.
