maravillosa, sólo poco para la excelencia en cuanto a facilidad de acceso para adultos mayores

las atenciones, el servicio, el dueño siempre pendiente, felicidades, siempre todos de buen humor

Cons:

falta el acceso para discapacitados y con silla de ruedas, rampas, elevador que lo pueden colocar (considero) en una esquina del restaurante para el piso 1. es importante. Gracias!!!

It was very quiet & had a restaurant down below with room service!

really bad experience. They just took my money, then provided half of what I was expecting and return.
Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

Staircase, Dark, al nighttime small rooms. Very Old place. Staff. Not helpful. I told him I have a Disability and cannot go up the stairs in the Dark. His response, we can change lightbulbs right now. Pictures on the website are totally deceiving. Do not stay at the hotel.

Would chose again!
Pros:

The central location was great for our group. We were 18 traveling. As mostly English speakers the staff was outstanding with making reservations, suggestions for restaurants, and getting transport to the airport.

Cons:

Nothing. We were all happy and well taken care of.
