Me gustó mucho la ubicación y el inmueble
Las camas cómodas y muy límpio
La comida del restaurante La Llave, muy deliciosa
El personal muy amable

Cons:

Que mi habitación estaba en la planta baja y no tiene ventana, mi amiga quería cambiarse, pero el hotel estaba al 100%, así que me propusieron cambiar al otro día que se desocupara otra habitación, pero finalmente mi amiga se adaptó y no fué necesario hacer el cambio

It’s located right in the historical center of Queretaro!
The staff is the best, the food in the restaurant is amazing! They were very accommodating with us! Thank you Karla and the rest of the reception staff!

Con buena ubicación
Pros:

La limpieza y la ubicación del hotel

Cons:

Que la habitación no tenía ventanas, en la foto de la habitación se veía con ventanas y ahí no. El personal comienza temprano a trabajar en el restaurante y hacen demasiado ruido

La ubicación, la infraestructura, el restaurante, la atención de los empleados.

Cons:

Debido a la ubicación de la habitación, el olor a comida es muy fuerte, la música ambiental está en un volumen muy alto, la música se escucha mucho en la habitación 24, las risas y charlas entre empleados por la noche no permite descansar.

In diesem Zimmer 3 kommt man sich vor wie in einer Zelle!
Pros:

Die Lage war OK.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenbster sehr Laut und es hat muffelig gerochen, was kein Wunder ist wenn es keine Möglichkeit zu lüften. An der Wand war leichter Ansatz von Schimmel.
