Pros:

I have never written a comment. But Hue four Seasons really deserves one. The room was good and the hotel is perfectly located. All very clean and you get everything you wish for. The breakfast was nice. But the staff was something extraordinary. So friendly, helpful, understanding and funny! Something we have never experienced in a hotel! Thanks for all!

Basic accommodations but provided everything we needed for one night
Pros:

Small room but large beds to accommodate family of four, wonderful owners that were very friendly and helpful despite language barrier between us, very clean, tasty breakfast

Cons:

Bathroom drainage is on the opposite site of the shower so the whole bathroom is wet when u shower.

Pros:

Michael is a very friendly manager and speaks great English. We rented nice motorbikes for a fair price. Breakfast was the standard for this price range

Well located budget option in the Imperial City
Pros:

Overall we felt Hue Four Seasons was a reasonable budget option in a really good location in Hue.

Choosing the cheapest room we had realistic expectations of our stay, and our small, basic room did the job - being clean and comfortable enough – with a fan, aircon, ensuite, and a comfy bed (if you don’t beds on the firmer side). The included breakfast was quite nice, and staff were friendly and helpful.

The thing we liked most about the stay was the location, in a quiet (for Hue) laneway close to the river, with plenty of coffee shops and good local restaurants nearby.

Cons:

If we’re completely honest the rooms could probably do with some TLC as the rooms we stayed in were certainly showing signs of wear and tear.

We also had to move rooms due to a leaky sink that couldn't be adequately fixed, only to go to another room with a leaky bidet hose - and while both were only a minor inconvenience, we feel the hotel might benefit from some proactive maintenance, particularly in the bathrooms.

Great location, good breakfast, nice size room.Laura helped us book a day tour to Hoi An, which was great.

Cons:

The pool needs to be cleaned. There are a lot of boxes and clutter in the hotel foyer. It does not look very inviting.

La atención fue excelente, el personal es muy atento. Llegamos con un autobus nocturno y nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes. Desayuno muy completo y habitación cómoda

A great place!
Pros:

Our stay was great! The check in process was very easy and they have a 24 hour front desk, which is great! The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was awesome! The location is also great.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room didn’t have hot water and the door handle to the balcony fell off but that wasn’t a huge issue for us (it was 36 degrees outside, so a cold shower was quite nice!)

Great location for an affordable price
Pros:

First of all, the hotel is perfectly located in downtown Hue. My room was on the third floor and I had an amazing view over town, which was super nice. The room itself provided everything you need, including a small desk and mini fridge. Checking in went without problems as well as checking out (I had to leave very early to go to the airport and could settle everything the night before). A small breakfast is included (a drink and a choice of eggs or a sweet entree), which is nice. Communication with the vosts worked really well. The room was clean. There is also a small pool in the back to cool off on a hot day.

Cons:

The room itself was rather small, which is fine regarding the price. The AC unfortunately didn't work really well, which could be improved. It would be nice if free drinking water were provided.
