Pros:

日本語が話せるスタッフがいることは、大変心強かった。部屋は日当たりもよく広く快適。特に荷物軽量重視の自分は２週間ほどの海外旅行でも１泊２日ほどの着替えしか持って行かない。このため毎日洗濯をする必要があるが、ベランダがあったことは乾燥を促進した。なお、チェックアウト後にシャワーを借りることができる。フライト時間が遅い旅行者にとって、これは最重要なことだと思う。

Une famille super friendly
Pros:

Un accueil au top ! On se sent comme à la maison au Hue Four Seasons Hotel. La famille qui gère le lieu est adorable. On a pu laisser nos sacs durant notre dernière journée de visite. Vraiment très sympa !

Cons:

Petit-déj' assez simple mais siffusant. Au top !

Pros:

Staff lovely and friendly, very welcoming. Good location near walking street and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff helped to arrange a driver to do a tour of the tombs which was very handy.

Cons:

Room not very soundproof and there was some loud broadcast on the speakers in the street every morning at 0530 which we had no idea about. This was very disruptive to sleep and would have been good to know about in advance. The room had a balcony door that didn't close and seal fully so it was not soundproof at all.

Modesto pero agradable.
Pros:

Su recepcionista, encantadora y servicial.

Cons:

La cama y que no logré poner el agua caliente. Aunque la ubicación no está mal , el hotel queda para atrás, en un callejón. Difícil si contratas excursión para que te recojan.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage und top Personal
Pros:

Eine wundervolle Unterkunft in einer tollen Lage. Speziell hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Alle waren so freundlich, aufmerksam und nett - wirklich toll. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und bietet alles was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr lecker und wurde frisch zubereitet. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer engen Gasse hinter dem Trubel aber in guter Laufweite zur Innenstadt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter!

Pros:

ベッドやタオルが清潔で、無臭。
タオルは毎日交換してくれる。
スタッフの家族がとても親切で、感じがいい。
値段も安い。
洗濯物を頼んだら翌朝には終わっていて、スピーディ。
立地も良い。繁華街が近く、幾つもの素晴らしいレストランに徒歩でアクセス出来る。

Cons:

four seasonsの系列店という事でハードルが上がってしまっていたのかもしれないが、全体的に少しボロい印象だった。浴室には換気扇がなく、シャワーを浴びた後はドアを開けっぱなしにしておかないとムワッとした匂いがこもってしまう。その関係もあって、浴室は少し嫌な匂いがするが、酷くはない。
総じて、値段を考えれば無視できる程度の問題点でしかない。

Friendly and homely hotel.
Pros:

Very friendly welcoming hosts Michael and Laura who speak English and treat you like a guest in their home (which you are really). The location is perfect, down a quiet dead end lane way with no car access. To get to the hotel you must walk with your luggage about 200m down the lane but it is all smooth paving so no problem if you have a wheeled suitcase. The hotel is immaculately clean and the family room I stayed in (302), was comfortable with a slight view of the river from the 3rd floor. Great bathroom. I thoroughly recommend Four Seasons for singles, couples, families with small children. Cafe Duado to the right down the lane overlooks the river causeway and serves good coffee with a discount for your 2nd cup.
