Très déçu, personnel non réactif et beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations proposées.
Pros:

- Les espaces piscines très bien pensés et agréables pour les familles
- Le buffet plutot correct

Cons:

- Le confort de la literie (très inconfortable),
- La propreté des chambres (odeur des égouts insupportable dans tous le logement, présence de cafards et de fourmis dans les chambres et le salon),
- Le comportement de certains clients (plus de la moitié des transats réservés sans personnes pendant presque la journée entière, déchets laissés à terre autour des transats),
- Le buffet bien que correct pas assez varié et quelques mauvaises surprises (riz pas cuit, plats très salés),
- Le personnel de l'accueil non réactif et très peu concerné par nos problématiques (nous avions signalé un problème d'odeur et de literie et devions être tenu informés, malheureusement aucune nouvelle, nous avions dû relancer le lendemain) En complément, pour éviter ces désagréments nous avions bien précisé à notre arrivée notre souhait d'être surclassé et le personnel nous a indiqué que c'était un très bon logement et que cela n'était pas nécessaire.

Buffet varié chaque jour, 3 piscines adaptées pour les enfants, localisation proche de la plage, différents services sur place

Cons:

mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, nous entendions facilement ce qu'il se passait à côté, volumen sonore des animations pour enfant trop fort, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse pendant ces horaires-là

Schönes Hotel zum Baden und 1 bis 2 Nächte aber nicht für einen langen Urlaub.
Pros:

Die Poolanlage war super vorallem für Kinder. Die Lage zum Bummeln ebenfalls.

Cons:

Das Essen war absolut nicht gut. Zum Frühstück kaum Obst und tgl. das Gleiche. Abends war die Auswahl nicht so groß und zudem merkte man keine gute Qualität. Das Personal konnte kaum ein freundliches Wort rausbringen und war absolut überfordert. Zuviele Menschen und deutlich zu wenig Raum für die Urlauber zum Essen vorallem wenn mal nicht die Sonne scheinte. Zudem Liegen bereits morgens um 8 reserviert.
Geschirr ausserdem oft schmutzig. Morgens lag draussen noch Dreck vom Vorabend.

Muy lindo hotel, ubicado en una muy bella cala. Quizás para la próxima buscaría otro hotel…

La propiedad, muy bien, en una muy buena ubicación, sobre todo para familias con niños

Cons:

El olor a humedad en la habitación. Reclamamos en recepción, no supieron darnos una respuesta. Solicitamos cambio de habitación.

Would not recommend, look for another resort else where
Pros:

The only good thing about the property were the pools however closing time of the pools at 6pm seemed a bit early considering all Other resorts closed at 7-8

Cons:

There were a few things we disliked about the property. Whilst some of staff were lovely especially upon check in some staff were rude. One instance we enquired about hospitals near by for our child and the lady was more concerned about helping the person in line behind us than helping us with our inquiry. On our final night at dinner we sat outside. mid way through our meal we were approached advised we could not eat there and requesting us to move mid meal. We refused as staff would have seen us sitting there with our plate prior to commencing our meal. We found that very rude and unreasonable. Especially given there were other people also eating which I photographed. The vibe we received was that if u didn’t speak germen you weren’t treated well bizarre given it’s Spain.

There was no control at breakfast or dinner. No one checked what room you were in to see if you were entitled to it. Given we paid for half board it would be very easy to not pay for anything and still eat breakfast and dinner as no one checks. The food is very much the same everyday. There’s no real food safety flies in the buffet food at breakfast and dinner. We stayed at another half board resort prior to coming here so are aware that standards can be better

Verwachtingen overtroffen. Volgend jaar weer!
Pros:

Een kinderpadadijs waarbij kinderen zich echt niet hoeven te vervelen.
Met enige terughoudende verwachtingen rondom het ontbijt en diner vertrokken we. Echter vonden wij het eten erg goed en lekker. Ook afwisselend met elke dag bij de buiten bar een ander landen thema.
Accomodatie schoon en voldoende handdoeken & badhanddoeken!
Wij hadden geen buggy mee voor onze dochter en wilde toch graag de lange boulevard uitlopen wat te ver voor haar was. Een erg grote meevaller dat ze een buggyverhuur hebben.
Ook heel erg fijn dat ze een grote en ruime supermarkt op de accomodatie hebben.
Als laatste nog een groot compliment over de netheid van het hotel. Elke ochtend is er een grote schoonmaakploeg aan het werk om alles buiten weer helemaal schoon en netjes te maken.

Cons:

Wij verbleven in een Split-Level appartement. Let op, deze is aan de andere kant van de straat en niet op de accomodatie zelf. Heeft voordelen (minder geluid) en nadelen (verder van de faciliteiten af).

Je kunt vooraf geen parkeerplaats reserveren maar eenmaal aangekomen bij het hotel waren de parkeerplekken volgeboekt.
Onze tip: bespaar geld (6 euro per dag) en parkeer ergens rondom in de wijk. Voldoende openbare parkeerplekken.

Mini Disco und Eltern Elternprogramn ist sehr laut. Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig wurden öfter von Nachbarn bzw. den schreienden Kindern geweckt.

Pros:

Marins Playa heeft prachtige zwembaden en terrassen welke dagelijks worden schoongemaakt. De kamers waren ook proper en netjes verzorgd. Wij hadden een appartement met twee kamers en een balkon, de voorbereiding van de kinderbedjes was ook uitmuntend. Als gezin met een kind van 2 en een kind van 7 maanden was ons verblijf (7 dagen) erg prettig verlopen. Aan het hotel/zwembad zit een supermarkt vast waar je normale prijzen betaald voor boodschappen en gekoelde drankjes, ideaal! Ook is het hotel dichtbij de boulevard gelegen met diverse restaurants.

Cons:

Het verblijf hebben we niks op aan te merken. Als we een tip moeten geven raad ik het animatieteam aan om aan te geven waar de activiteiten plaatsvinden. Soms waren activiteiten in de kidsclub en halverwege de opening van de kidsclub sloot deze omdat ze naar het zwembad gingen voor andere spellen. Hierdoor waren de daadwerkelijke openingstijden voor de kidsclub onduidelijk.
