Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Multiple reports of dirty bathroom curtains, stained seating, an unclean triple room on arrival and occasional lack of towels; cleanliness is a clear weakness.
Service
10
Repeated praise for friendly, helpful staff (Ibrahim called out several times); staff were attentive and supportive despite some front-desk lapses.
Location
8.2
Generally convenient (near port/felucca area, rooftop views) though a few guests noted the last approach streets are unpaved which lowers convenience slightly.
Room Quality
7.8
Rooms described as sober but functional with comfortable beds; downsides include small showers, some worn interior elements and occasional poorly cleaned rooms.
Amenities
6.8
Missing basic amenities mentioned repeatedly (no complimentary water, toiletries often must be requested, shared hairdryer, limited sockets, intermittent Wi‑Fi).
Value for Money
9.8
Multiple guests described the hotel as good/cheap for the price and satisfactory for short stays (strong value perception).
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast repeatedly described as abundant and good — a consistent positive across reviews.
Overall Experience
8.5
Mostly positive overall: friendly staff, good breakfast and rooftop/terrace highlight the stay, though cleanliness and amenities issues temper the experience.

Ne réserver pas. A fuir
Pros:

Des escrocs, notamment le réceptionniste « Mohammed »

Cons:

Great stay for a few nights in Luxor
Pros:

The property was tucked away on a side street but was easy to access the street with all the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed the staff and chatting with them. Our room was super spacious and comfortable. We really loved the rooftop area which had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning.

Fijne 3 nachten met dochter van 2
Pros:

Good stay, can be better
Pros:

The staff

Cons:

They should have basic amenities
1. Small fridge in the room
2. Soap / towels / shampoo (all had to be asked for)
3. Mat (near the toilet)
4. Water bottle (we are in the desert, at least water is needed)

Hotel agradable a buen precio pero no buena ubicación.
Pros:

El desayuno abundante. La habitación aceptable.La terraza muy agradable.

Cons:
