Ich war bereit einmal in dem Hotel. SAS Personal war sehr net. Gutes Frühstücken. Leider wie letztes Mal war und ist die Lage des Hotels meine Meinung nicht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel

Ikke pengene værd og forstår ikke de 4-5 stjerner, som det vurderes til.
Pros:

Værelserne var fine og der var gratis minibar (dog havde man betalt rigeligt for værelserne)

Cons:

Umuligt at komme til hotellet pga vejarbejde. Intet smil ved check in. Manglende shampoo og balsam trods der reklameres med gratis toiletartikler. Sengene var IKKE redt efter housekeeping, det er første gang vi har prøvet det!

Perfekt sted at bo i Hamborg, tæt på centrum og seværdigheder.
Pros:

Skønt hotel med parkering i kælderen. Nemt at komme med bus til centrum. Rent og pænt samt dejlig morgenmad.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Lage sehr gut. Mit dem Bus in 5 Minuten in der Stadt. Auch zu Fuss kein Problem. Frühstück sehr grosse Auswahl und lecker. Minibar war inklusive. Hotelbar BAR 11 leckere Drinks

Cons:

Aufgrund einer Strassensperrung war nicht klar, wie man zum Parkhaus kommt. Mussten wir erfragen im Hotel per Anruf

Hotel Hyperion
Pros:

Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Die eigentliche Lage des Hotels ist auch für mich in Ordnung, wenn die Baustelle nicht wäre. Minibar ist im Preis enthalten - gibt zwar nicht viele Sachen darin, aber ausreichend Getränke, damit man über den Tag kommt.

Cons:

Sauna ist leider an mehreren Tagen aus gewesen, und hat lange gebraucht bis nach meiner Anträge an der Rezeption dann heiß war. Parkplätze in der Parkgarage sind rar, je nachdem wann man kommt. Aktuell war eine riesige Baustelle, so dass man nur eine Richtung fahren konnte, was zu erheblicher Verzögerung durch Stau geführt hat. Das hat nicht direkt etwas mit dem Hotel zu tun, aber es hat mir halt nicht gefallen :)
Mein Zimmer hatte leider keinen Schreibtisch. Hatte ich leider voraus gesetzt, will jedes Hotel, das ich in den letzten 10 Jahren in Hamburg hatte, hatte einen Schreibtisch. Da ich beruflich in Hamburg bin, werde ich das nächste mal drauf achten, danach zu fragen.
