Das Frühstück war im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis perfekt. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt und wurde stets versorgt.

Das Personal beim Frühstück war freundlich und aufmerksam

Cons:

Der Empfang wirkt kühl und unpersönlich.

Auch die Sauberkeit bleibt deutlich hinter den Erwartungen: die Duschstange dick verstaubt, Glaselemente verkalkt oder "grau geputzt" und die Ecken rund geputzt.

Für ein Hotel mit gehobener Komfort-Erwartung war das definitiv zu wenig.

Wir konnten gut in die Elphilharmonie und ins Miniaturland kommen!
Pros:

Frühstücksangebot war leider zuviel ,um alles auszuprobieren! Super lecker, sogar Sekt!!
Lage war völlig in Ordnung ! Zur City kleiner Spaziergang. Das Personal hat sich einzigartig bemüht, um uns viele Annehmigkeiten zu erklären.

Cons:

Das Abbiegen zum Parkplatz Hotel war leicht zu übersehen, weil das Parkhaus für den ADAC mehr Werbung macht, als Hotel Hyperion!
