- الفندق مجدد.
- التكيف ممتاز.
- موقف السيارات في اليوم 20€.
- الغرف حلوة و كبيرة و الحمام نظيف.
- لم أجرب الأفطار
- موقع الفندق يبعد عن السنتروم 8 دقائق في السيارة ومشيء 20 دقيقة.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz okay, aber nicht besonders empfehlenswert.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war ruhig und hell

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist dürftig: keine Hausschuhe, keine Bademäntel. Entgegen der Anschrift am Eingang war das Restaurant nach dem Frühstück geschlossen und erst ab 18 Uhr wieder geöffnet. Da auch die Bar im 11. Stock erst um 18 Uhr öffnete, gab es nachmittags also keinerlei Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten im Haus. Der Seifenspender im Badezimmer wurde nicht nachgefüllt, respektive nicht ersetzt, als er leer war, offenbar hat man das schon vor unserer Ankunft nicht gecheckt.

For a nice weekend in Hamburg it was perfect.
Pros:

Very clean! Location was perfect and staff was very friendly. Parking in the city was a games changer.

Cons:

Only a minor note that the TV wasn’t ‘smart’ and only had like 12 channels. Didn’t really feel like an addition so to speak

Cons:

Man hätte uns darauf hinweisen können, dass das Tagesticket für die Tiefgarage, wenn man es im Hotel entwertet, nur 2 Euro kostet. Wir haben leider die Tagesgebühr (9 Euro) bezahlt.

Modern, ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet
Pros:

Komfort Doppelzimmer, sehr sauber, modern, ruhig und gut klimatisiert. Es gibt eine kostenfreie Minibar und einen Kaffeeautomat. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und je nachdem wie die Tür benutzt wird auch mit separatem WC.
Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, Sonntags sogar bis 11:30 Uhr
Die Bar im 11. Stock hat bis 1 Uhr geöffnet und bietet einen tollen Ausblick

Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor dem Hotel, 2 Stationen bis Umstieg S- und U-Bahn.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation: in der Tiefgarage einen freien Parkplatz zu finden kann schwierig sein. Für einen hoteleigenen Parkplatz ist die Tagespauschale von 20€ schon happig. z.B. am Anreisetag stand das Auto nur während dem Einchecken ca. 1 Std. in der Garage.

Erholsamer Cityurlaub mit der Familie
Pros:

Gute Lage, ruhige Zimmer, schöner Wellnessbereich und immer gefüllte Minibar. Die Reinigung im Zimmer erfolgte immer sauber und gut und war immer sehr aufmerksam!

Cons:

Das Personal an der Reception war zwar immer hilfsbereit, aber nicht alle waren gleich einsatzfreudig. Trotzdem unter dem Strich ein guter Eindruck des Hotels und empfehlenswert.

Gelungender Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Aufgrund der Verkehrssituation 8 Sttaus / Umleitungen) war das Hotel leichterkennbar, aber seh schwer erreichbar!
