Excellent budget accomodation in a great location
Pros:

This property is great value for money. The pool is lovely and clean and there were always sunbeds available. The staff are very friendly, they accommodated our late arrival and late checkout. We were also presented with homemade cake and watermelon during our stay.
We had a problem with one of the air con units which we reported immediately and it was fixed by the end of the day.
The apartments are very basic but still comfortable, we didn't cook so we can't comment on those facilities but there was a nice big fridge to store all the fruit, drinks, cheese and deserts that we ate.
The property is within a 5 minutes walk of the supermarket, restaurants and the lovely beach.

Cons:

We would have enjoyed a drink or ice cream from the pool bar had it been open. Not sure if this facility is just for private hire.
The rooms would benefit from a little refurbishment, particularly extra plug sockets, there was only one per room, and blackout curtains/ blinds. Bring an extention cable and eye mask.

Pros:

Nismo se nadali ovako dobrom objektu, lokacija i čistoća na zavidnom nivou. Osoblje je posvećeno gostima, gde posebno ističemo gospođu Anrijetu, koja je bila uvek tu da nam pomogne. Nadamo se da ćemo se opet videti, jer objekat iako starijeg zdanja ispunjava sve ono što je gostima potrebno.

Pros:

Perfect location for us, close enough to all the beaches and restaurants but not in a noisy area. Pool area is great and gets the sun the entire day. Parking outside the apartments was never an issue and very easy to access.
Regular housekeeping and changing towels which was great.
Lots of equipment in the kitchen to help cooking your own meals including toaster, kettle, microwave, pans, all the cutlery and crockery.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Άριστο! Καθαρό και μεγάλο! Ένιωθες λες και πήγες στο εξοχικό σου! Εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα! Φιλόξενοι! Και σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε ήταν εκεί! Η παραλία είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια! Κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου που μπορείς να πας αεροδρόμιο ή Αγία Νάπα. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει μεγάλο mini market που μπορείς να βρεις ότι χρειάζεσαι. Και σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών βρίσκεις μαγαζιά για φαγητό, παγωτό, τα πάντα! Αν και είχα κάποιους ενδοιασμούς όταν το έκλεισα, λόγω του ότι δεν ήταν μοντέρνοι οι χώροι, ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μου σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα! Σίγουρα θα ξανά έρθουμε! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για αυτή την όμορφη φιλοξενία!
