Pros:

Ottimo hotel pulito accogliente e con parcheggio privato. Stanze grandi e pulite con tutto l'occorrente. Anche il bagno molto grande ed attrezzato.
Ottima colazione con molte varianti.

Cons:

Se devo dire qualcosa , alla colazione tutto molto buono ma non si può avere per tutto l'hotel un unica macchinetta che eroga caffè, latte ecc. Ecc.

Colazione eccezionale, ricca e variegata; .staff molto gentile. La piscina e la possibilità di parcheggiare in struttura inclusa nel prezzo.

Smart business class hotel in excellent location
Pros:

The whole experience was very good. It's kind of a no-nonsense business class hotel that caters for all-comers. My room was large with a brilliant power shower. Breakfast was excellent - very comprehensive and breakfast staff were lovely. The pool with view was a nice bonus. Location near railway station and bus stop (direct to Cortona old town) large supermarket and a highly-rated restaurant was excellent and not too much of a sweat up the hill to the stunning old town.

Cons:

A few minor issues like safe and fridge not working.

Arrivare a tarda notte e trovare comunque un sorriso
Pros:

Nonostante l’ora tarda del nostro arrivo il receptionist ci ha offerto le bottigliette di acqua perché non era certo fossero in camera davvero molto gentile

Cons:

Unica nota non negativa ma comunque migliorabile il fatto che visto il nostro arrivo in tarda nottata siamo stati svegliati dalle donne delle pulizie ben prima della nostra uscita… magari consegnare a loro un elenco delle camere da pulire in un secondo momento non sarebbe male
