Και εθνικότητας δεν ξέρει ελληνικά. Αλλα δεν έχει και τις κατάλληλες γνώσεις για τα καθήκοντα του. Παρόλα αυτά προσπαθούσαν αρκετά να ειναι φιλικοί και να εξυπηρετούν.

Only the location of hotel was good

Cons:

The hotel was nothing like the pictures. The cleanliness was poor and the service was very disappointing. We booked a triple room as we were travelling with a child, but they gave us a broken bed that they already knew was broken. When I sat on it, it collapsed and I fell onto the floor. After complaining, they eventually brought another bed around midnight.

The room was not properly cleaned, there were almost no facilities, the towels were very small, and even the tea was served in plastic cups. The lobby and common areas were also dirty and poorly maintained. The breakfast looked nice but was very limited and low quality.

Overall, this hotel was far below our expectations and definitely not worth the experience.
