I’ve been a loyal Hilton customer for the last 3-4 years. I’ve never had an issue with a property until this week. I decided to visit the garden Inn in downtown Dallas. The manger was actually working the check in desk (David) when I approached with my service dog that’s a PTSD dog. We’ve been on many trips to mostly a Hilton property. His first question was “what’s her service” I said PTSD, he wouldn’t accept this as he asked many times with my same response, she’s a PTSD dog. He decided she was an emotionally support dog and wouldn’t acknowledge her service dog status as a Service Dog. David printed out a bunch of papers showing that emotional support dogs aren’t recognized. I kept telling him she’s a PTSD dog where I tried showing him an ID card that he ignored. I will be filling a complaint with the ADA on this matter. With all this we did visit a few other businesses downtown that had a hard time accepting her service dog status .
T in valet was amazing! I was nervous checking in as I’ve never been here and arrived alone. He was so helpful !
I accidentally double booked my accom and after contacting the hotel and booking.com multiple times they couldn’t manage to organise a refund which is extremely disappointing given I raised the issue 3+ months before the date of my stay.
Staff, room was clean, view from room was lovely (rm 1107), and the location was AMAZING.

Simpleand easy process. Great view. Loved the valet parking. All staff inside and outside were friendly and nice! Really enjoyed our stay.
I stayed at this hotel twice between February and May. In February, I had a King room which was clean, nice, and comfortable. Location was exceptional.
When I returned in May, I was in a double queen which stunk like weed, had chipped paint and no hot water. The pool was out of service without notice. The restaurant staff took almost 30 minutes to greet us and take our drink order. Cancelled the rest of our reservation and went to a new hotel.
