The property is right next to the bus line, which was perfect for us since we were using Switzerland transportation system. The staff there were extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we visited Switzerland during a heat wave, and there is no air-conditioning in the room. This made it difficult to be comfortable while in the room.

No air conditioning. Fan provided was ineffective blowing around hot air in the room. No fridge provided. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Room overlooked by neighbouring buildings so had to keep curtains closed for privacy. Hotel located near busy road/junction so road noise was a problem. Hotel restaurant was very poor. Advertised popular bbq night but had to return food as all undercooked and very unappetising and not safe to eat. Cancelled breakfast booking as lost confidence in the quality of food provided. Would not recommend this hotel.

Tenir aparcament, bona connexió amb el centre de la ciutat. Esmorzar correcte. Personal amable.

Cons:

La calor insuportable que va fer a l'habitació. Si no disposes d'aire condicionat no pots oferir aquestes habitacions a l'estiu. Pagues molts diners per no descansar bé.

La atención del personal , sobre todo Emma que estuvo muy atenta y servicial y amable en todo momento y la botella de agua fría free en el check out!q con este calor se agradece!

Cons:

Cuando llegamos en plena ola de calor a las 17h estaba la habitación como un horno ! Pedimos q nos cambiaran de habitación pero dijeron que estaba todo lleno y nos dieron un ventilador. Con estas temperaturas al menos podían cerrar las persianas para que no entrara luz, aunque lo ideal sería que por el precio que tienen lo tuvieran acondicionado como se debe con aire acondicionado!
Y luego el desayuno, el más escaso y pequeño en los que he estado (que son muchos!), aunque he decir que lo poco que había estaba bueno.

Camera piccola e temperatura troppo elevata in stanza la mancanza di aria condizionata e di un piccolo frigo penalizza il soggiornare nel periodo caldo. Il ventilatore fornito non sufficente l’acqua fornita nelle bottigliette in stanza e’ calda magari fornirle al momento del check-in da frigo sarebbe l’ideale
