Cons:

Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Es lag direkt an einer Hauptstraße, so dass man nachts auch die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte wegen des Verkehrslärms. Eine Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable with activites in the location. The location was perfect because it was not in the middle of the city and just a short bus ride to anything you wanted to see. The food and service was excellent, with many options to choose from for breakfast. Friendly and safe location for tourists. Highly recommend.

La posizione una decina di minuti fuori città consente di godere del parcheggio gratuito immediatamente fuori dalla struttura. Inoltre, estremamente comodo che il ristorante annesso sia di buon livello.

Pros:

Le personnel était au top vraiment, tous parfait .
Les animaux sont admis et on ne paye pas
de supplément
restaurant super bon

Cons:

Il faisant 35 degrés dans la chambre juste un ventilateur , du coup nuits compliquées.
Pas possible d’amener le chien au petit déjeuner du coup pas possible de prendre le petit déjeuner en couple
pas de commerce ou du centre-ville, obligée de prendre le bus . place de parking certes mais pas sécurisée

Volvería, he estado agusto!!!! Y mi familia también.
Pros:

Puntos positivos: ubicación fuera del centro pero super cerca, a 4 o 5 minutos en coche. Tiene marquesina al lado para coger el bus. Cama cómoda y ventilador. Hay algunas habitaciones con balcón y dejan agua y caramelos de cortesía.

NO hemos pasado calor, las temperaturas a pesar de ser julio, eran suaves, no tienen nada que ver con España. No hemos tenido ni la necesidad de abrir ventanas, con el ventilador era suficiente!!!!!!!!!

Hay aparcamiento GRATIS para las personas que reservan en este hotel, está en la puerta de en frente. Esto es genial!!!!

Cons:

Puntos negativos: el hotel necesita una reforma, se nota un poco antiguo, pero ESTÁ LIMPIO que es lo importante.

Tuvimos suerte con las temperaturas, sin embargo, en caso de que hiciera más calor, conviene saber que NO tiene aire acondicionado, aunque en suiza las temperaturas NO tienen nada que ver con España. Hemos estado en julio, y hemos dormido genial!!!!!!

The location was a short bus journey into the centre of Lucerne which was very nice
The hotel was quiet and plenty of parking spaces
A good choice of breakfast and the restaurant food was good.
Pleasant staff.

Cons:

No air conditioning but a fan was supplied
a mini fridge would have been useful.

Super vriendelijke mensen met een fantastisch restaurant !🤗

De ligging is super , met de bus ben je zo in het centrum en bij de Pilatus berg !

Cons:

Kamers hebben een waaier en je kunt je ramen open zetten ( koelt dus wel af) maar een airco zou beter zijn

Süßes Hotel mit tollem Personal und perfekter Lage für die Durchreise oder einen Stadtbesuch
Pros:

Mit dem Auto ist das Hotel einfach zu erreichen und es steht gegenüber ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Direkt ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle und mit den Linien 50 und 52 ist man in 15-20 Minuten beim Hautbahnhof Luzern. Der Bus ist durch die Gästekarte kostenlos nutzbar.
Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich und aufmerksam, die Restaurant im Hotel ist hervorragend und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Das Familienzimmer war mit einem Etagenbett und einem Doppelbett ausgestattet und für uns für die Übernachtung auf der Durchreise perfekt.

Cons:

Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen oder zu bemängeln.
