lo elegí por ubicación y luego eso fue lo peor de todo, había conciertos al lado y no se podía dormir, la habitación retumbaba…
La habitación está en planta baja y es grande (3 camas) pero es interior y parece un semisótano. Cuando reservé decía que había vistas a la ciudad, y hay una ventana con vistas a un cuarto trastero del hotel donde guardan camas rotas. Soporte de ducha estaba roto…
Friendly and welcoming staff. They allowed us check in early when we arrived earlier than expected. They helped us communicate with the police when we discovered we had lost a phone.
The floor of the cafe was a little untidy.
La atención de Sonia, la recepcionista, fue excepcional. Su profesionalidad, amabilidad y dedicación hicieron que la experiencia fuera inmejorable
Al hacer la reserva surgió un pequeño contratiempo, ya que me avisaron de que finalmente no había disponibilidad en el hotel. Sin embargo, lo resolvieron de forma inmediata ofreciéndome alojamiento en su otro establecimiento, situado justo frente a la catedral de Burgos, con unas vistas espectaculares. Todo el proceso fue rápido, claro y sin ninguna complicación, así que, lejos de ser una experiencia negativa, me pareció un ejemplo de buena atención al cliente.

No me parece lógico, que siendo un hotel con las habitaciones a pie de calle, en las fiestas, por la noche, transformen la cafetería en una txozna con el consiguiente trasiego de gente que eso supone y molestia para los huéspedes
