La ubicación y la limpieza de las instalaciones.
Al hacer el check-in online, no recibí el código para las puertas. Al llegar pudimos llamar y solucionarlo, pero con el cansancio del viaje fue un momento complicado.
The underground parking was a bonus, nothing to dislike really very nice hotel, staff were friendly the breakfast was good & the hotel was very clean & quiet, would stay again

le lit d'appoint de la chambre triple ressemblait à un lit de camp.
Ce lit de camp n'avait pas de couette, une simple couverture avec drap et il faisait froid dans la chambre. La taie d'oreiller était plus petite que l'oreiller.
La fenêtre était aveugle, il n'y avait aucune vue sur l'extérieur. Pas de sentiment d'air frais et renouvelé. Oppressant.
La nuit, une lumière verte reste allumée en permanence au dessus de la porte et deux lumières rouges restent allumées au plafond. Il n'y a donc aucune possibilité de dormir dans le noir.
Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Bruits de porte, bavardages.
La baignoire n'avait pas de robinet, il fallait la remplir avec le pommeau de douche. Pas de chainette au bouchon de baignoire pour le retirer.
La chasse d'eau fonctionnait de manière capricieuse.
Sur les photos de l'établissement on voyait une terrasse intérieure avec des tables et des sièges. Or cela n'existe pas. Il n'y a pas de jardin ni de cour.
Le personnel n'est pas très aimable juste poli.
C'est indiqué 3 étoiles mais il n'y a pas les équipements habituels (bouilloire par exemple ou petite bouteille d'eau).
La décoration est très basique et triste.
Décevant par rapport au prix que nous avons payé.
Sencillo, limpio, al lado del museo de la evolución, fácil aparcamiento. La cafetería abre de 8 a 16h, por lo que pudimos tomar un sencillo desayuno.
La primera noche nos decepciono bastante para ser un hotel de 3 estrellaa: sólo un vaso en la habitación, dos perchas ( eramos dos personas), sólo una silla ... Estuvimos varios días y ya nos fuimos haciendo a el. Personal muy amable y desayuno fantástico. Muy buena ubicación

Que no hubiera recepción 24 horas porque el código de entrada dio algún problema

Algo problemático que no haya nadie en recepción a partir de las 16h. Porque aunque haya un teléfono de contacto, observamos que algunos clientes tenían problemas para acceder al establecimiento con el sistema de apertura de la puerta.
