If it wasn’t for those two things it would have been great.
Pros:

The lobby was clean the staff was super nice.

Cons:

The room was clean for the most part. We found a dead cockroach and another right outside the hall. There was a bug in my son’s juice when he poured the orange juice.

Great hotel. Front desk staff, not so much.

Cons:

My son spilled some orange juice in the floor at breakfast . My husband went to the desk to ask for something to clean it up with and there was no one at the desk but there was a cart of towels. He got a towel and proceeded to clean up my sons mess (so no one fell on the wet tile) while cleaning it up the front desk worker appeared and began to berate us saying “don’t you think you should’ve asked for a mop and bonuses one of my towels to clean the floor” by this point it was cleaned up and my husband said “I’m sorry no one was at the desk I used what was there” and he continued on like the towel couldn’t be washed. We walked out of breakfast very upset over the whole exchange. It was unnecessary and uncalled for

The Front desk was very clear that military discount wasn’t honored. A little disrespectful because that’s why we have freedom.
