The atmosphere in the hotel was great! Erni, who is the owner, I think, was so nice and helpful, and every morning she was proactive in offering us help planning our days! the food was great and the kids area was fun . would love to back to this hotel

Pros:

Extremely good views, great location among the resort. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was hot at night until 10pm as the window was small and the wind couldn’t lower down the heat inside the room.

Ми шукали готель, який був би близько до красивих місць, але водночас затишним і комфортним для сім’ї з дітьми — і Sommerhof чудово підійшов.

Нас дуже тепло зустріли, а через пізній приїзд навіть залишили снеки в номері — дуже приємна турбота ❤️ Дуже смачна та різноманітна кухня, чудові сніданки й вечері.

Окремо сподобався красивий інтер’єр з австрійською атмосферою, басейн і сауни для дітей та дорослих. Після довгих прогулянок у горах це було просто ідеально! 🏔️🧖‍♀️

Щиро рекомендуємо для сімейного відпочинку! 🇦🇹❤️

Schönes Zimmer, besonders aufmerksame Dame an der Rezeption, die uns gute Tipps zur Umgebung gab.
Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, alles da was das Herz begehrt.
Tolle Lage - mit dem Auto rund 10 Minuten zu den Gosauseen.

Ein schönes Gebäude mit viel Charme und tollem Blick

Cons:

Das Buffet war eine Katastrophe, der Pool öffnet im Sommer erst um 10 Uhr und wird um 19:30 Uhr geschlossen. Rauchen darf man vor dem Hotel. Gläser mit hoch zum Zimmer nehmen war nicht erwünscht. Beim buchen muss man aufpassen das man genau schaut die Zimmer zur Straße raus haben alle keinen Balkon und die Straße ist sehr befahren. Die Kellner waren unfreundlich. Es gab kein Guten Morgen nichts.....Preis Leistung passt absolut nicht. Das schlimmste war das Essen. Wir kamen von einem anderen Hotel mit den selben Sternen und hatten einen Vergleich. Hier fehlte Gastfreundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gab es einen leckeren Imbiss.

Wundervoll entspannter Urlaub, der den 2 Kindern, den Eltern und Großeltern sehr gefallen hat.
Pros:

Frühstück war wunderbar. Spielplatz und Pool wurden viel genutzt. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht.

Cons:

Ab 22 Uhr war es nicht immer ruhig draußen. Man musste die Fenster geschlossen halten oder Ohropax nehmen, um vor Mitternacht schlafen zu können.
Auf manchen Balkonen wurde auch abends geraucht, auch darum musste man oft die Fenster schließen oder konnte den eigenen Balkon nicht nützen, weil einen der Rauch sehr belästigt.
