Great South Side Dells Hotel
Pros:

Great hotel on the south side of the Dells. Clean rooms, Fun staff, Good breakfast, Nice pool area inside and outside. We enjoyed our stay.

Disappointing!!!
Cons:

Honestly out of the 5 days we stayed here not once did anyone come clean our room. We have a pile of towels we used over the 5 days still here. It’s 4 of us in the room with a baby. We also came with another family that has a room here and their room didn’t get cleaned either over the 5 days. We had so much trash I had to sit the trash outside the door. I called multiple times for them to come clean the room and the only excuse we got was “the staff has to clean other rooms for people checking in” like whatttt!!! What about the people here already??? I had to call multiple times for towels, tissue for the bathroom, trash bags. I see why this place is only 2 stars because it seems like the staff were being racist. Would never come here again! 0/10

It was only ok. For the price I expected more

The room was nice, clean. But expected more at the property. No bar, restaurant. Not even a lounge area besides the pool

10 out of 10!
Pros:

From the outside the hotel doesn't look as fancy as some of the newer places around it. The inside felt brand new, clean and updated. Our room was spacious and very nicely decorated. The included breakfast had a wide variety of options in a nice sized organized room(and very tasty). The front desk staff was helpful and super friendly. Loved the pool and hot tub, it also was very clean. Our 3 year old grandson had a blast in the kiddie pool. The staff seems to take pride in the property. This was for our 50 anniversary that our children setup, and they also had a very nice stay. Realize people have different experiences, but ours was really a 10 out of 10.
