Nice and Clean....Close to where I was going...
When I checked at 4:00am, the desk clerk was not friendly at all. He/She acted like I was a bother. My check out clerk, He was awesome! Extremely helpful and answered all my concerns with a smile.
Every staff person I spoke with was filled with that Southern Hospitality that we hear about in California. We made reservations at a nearby Hotel, but they don't accept pets there. When I called the ALOFT, Ryan was absolutely kind and possessed the BEST Customer Service I've ever encountered.
I love the vibe of this place, pool table, bar with food and a heated pool. If I wasn't in California, I would definitely return over and over again to stay at the ALOFT Marriott Raleigh/Durham Brier Creek.
We were also able to meet some friends at the ALOFT and entertain them while we were there as well.
The value and cleanliness of this Hotel was excellent. The only thing we were a little disappointed about is that we thought ALOFT had breakfast included. That would have been the icing on the cake. (smile)
My Family will always remember our stay here and my Daughter's Doctoral Graduation. You all made our trip wonderful!
Even after our trip, Avery and other Staff Members helped us resolve our Marriott Bonvoy points issue.

I had a fantastic stay at the Aloft Raleigh-Durham Airport Brier Creek, but what really blew me away was the service after I checked out. I realized I had left my glasses behind, and the team found them immediately. The General Manager, Avery Thomas, went out of his way to ship them back on the same day I checked out the hotel. It’s rare to find this level of care and proactive communication. Clean rooms, great location, and a staff that treats you like a VIP. Highly recommend!
