Pros:

Za výbornú cenu sme mali úžasné služby a krásny pobyt. Veľmi príjemný personál. Wellness krásne plne sme ho využili. Veľmi som bola prekvapená ,že syn mal vlastnú izbu , pri rezerváciisom pochopila, že bude mať prístelku. Ďakujeme .

Pros:

V tomto hoteli sa ubytujem skoro vždy keď som v tatrach. Doteraz to bolo vždy len cez víkend takže som si tento maly nedostatok zatiaľ nevšimla…
Inak vybavenie, poloha, personal….vsetko super

Cons:

Tento krát sme tam boli cez týždeň a teda hotel bol skôr prázdny. Nemilo ma prekvapili pondelkové ranajky. Chápem, že keď hotel nemá ubytovaných toľko ľudí ako cez víkend, nebudú ma čakať ani take raňajky. Ale je to skoda, keďže ste GRAND hotel. Skúste to riešiť možno tak že si ľudia objednajú deň dopredu čo by si dali….aspon predídu sklamaniu zo skôr prázdnych stolov na raňajkách.
