Все было замечательно! Персонал потрясающий, очень приветливый и готовый помочь со всеми вопросами, даже не касающимися проживания: нам помогли проверить документы на арендованную машину. При заезде бесплатно повысили категорию номера.
Номера чистые и стильные, все необходимое есть, даже кофемашина и холодильник.
Расположение очень удачное, пара минут от остановки трамвая Т1.
Завтраки вкусные, овощи, мясо, сыр, выпечка - все есть.
Большое спасибо команде отеля за теплый прием!

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het Barbera Hotel in Istanbul! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen werden we hartelijk ontvangen door het vriendelijke en professionele personeel. Iedereen stond altijd klaar om te helpen en zorgde ervoor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden.

Een speciale dank gaat uit naar Murat. Tijdens het ontbijt heeft hij ons ontzettend goed geholpen. Hij is zonder twijfel één van de vriendelijkste en meest behulpzame medewerkers die we ooit hebben ontmoet. Zijn warme glimlach en gastvrijheid maakten elke ochtend nog aangenamer.

De kamers en het hele hotel zijn werkelijk brandschoon. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en je merkt dat hygiëne hier een absolute prioriteit is. Het hotel straalt kwaliteit, comfort en rust uit.

Ook het ontbijt verdient een grote pluim. Het buffet is zeer uitgebreid, vers en gevarieerd. Er is voor iedereen wel iets lekkers te vinden en elke ochtend was het een plezier om aan de dag te beginnen met zo’n rijk ontbijt.

De ligging van het hotel is bovendien perfect. Veel bezienswaardigheden zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar en de omgeving is ideaal om Istanbul te verkennen. Voor wie met de auto komt is er ook een praktische parkeeroplossing. Op slechts één minuut wandelen van het hotel bevinden zich twee parkings. Eén parking sluit om 21.00 uur, maar de parking ernaast is 24 uur per dag geopend. Wij betaalden ongeveer €40 voor twee nachten, wat wij zeer redelijk vonden voor deze locatie.

Kortom: dit hotel heeft onze verwachtingen op alle vlakken overtroffen. Uitstekende service, ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel, kraaknette kamers, een heerlijk ontbijt en een toplocatie. Wij zouden zonder enige twijfel opnieuw voor Barbera Hotel kiezen en raden het aan iedereen aan die Istanbul bezoekt. Een absolute aanrader!

Barbera Hotel’de harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Otele adım attığımız ilk andan itibaren güler yüzlü ve profesyonel personel tarafından sıcak bir şekilde karşılandık. Tüm çalışanlar son derece yardımseverdi ve kendimizi evimizde hissetmemizi sağladılar.

Özellikle Murat Bey’e teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Kahvaltı sırasında bizimle çok ilgilendi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kendisi şimdiye kadar karşılaştığımız en nazik ve en misafirperver insanlardan biri. Güler yüzü ve samimiyeti sayesinde her sabahımız daha da güzel başladı.

Otelin odaları ve tüm ortak alanları kusursuz derecede temizdi. Her şey büyük bir özenle hazırlanmıştı ve hijyen konusunda ne kadar titiz oldukları açıkça görülüyordu. Temizlik konusunda gerçekten mükemmel bir otel.

Kahvaltı ise beklentilerimizin çok üzerindeydi. Açık büfe son derece zengin, taze ve lezzetliydi. Her damak tadına uygun seçenekler vardı ve güne böyle güzel bir kahvaltıyla başlamak büyük bir keyifti.

Otelin konumu da mükemmel. İstanbul’un birçok önemli noktasına kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Aracıyla gelen misafirler için de park konusunda çok iyi bir çözüm bulunuyor. Otelin sadece bir dakika yürüme mesafesinde iki otopark var. Bunlardan biri saat 21.00’de kapanıyor, ancak hemen yanındaki diğer otopark 7/24 hizmet veriyor. Biz iki gece için yaklaşık 40 € ödedik ve bu konum için oldukça makul bulduk.

Kısacası Barbera Hotel tüm beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Mükemmel hizmet, son derece güler yüzlü personel, tertemiz odalar, harika bir kahvaltı ve kusursuz bir konum. İstanbul’u ziyaret edecek herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyoruz. Tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz olacak. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz!

Hizmet, konum ve fiyat/performans açısından tercih edilebilecek bir hotel.
Pros:

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. En küçük ihtiyacımız için bile seferber oldular. Oda çok temizdi ve kişisel ihtiyaçlar için eksik birşey yoktu. Odanın ışıklandırması ve dizaynı yeterliydi. Konum itibariyle çok merkeziydi. Marmaray'ın hemen dibinde ve turistik alanlara yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Cons:

Belki odalar biraz daha büyük olabilirdi.

La posizione è ottima, si trova vicino la fermata del tram T1 Sirkeci e del treno Marmaray. A pochi minuti minuti a piedi si raggiunge Sultanahmet, Eminonu, Ponte di Galata. Personale accogliente e gentile.
Cambio della biancheria tutti i giorni, nel bagno dischetti struccanti, cotton fioc, spazzolino e dentifricio, dispenser con bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo, asciugacapelli, ciabattine, frigobar in camera.

Hotel is on a great location, 5-10 minutes walk from a lot of tourist attractions, and at the same time in a quiet street (no restaurants, cafes or stores on the ground floor, and relatively low volume of foot traffic).

Cons:

Breakfast could have had more variety, but it's not a deal-breaker, since this is a small hotel with cca 10-15 rooms, so you can't expect to have a huge variety of foods...

Pros:

A localização é excelente, perto de pontos turísticos e dos portos para ir para o lado asiático e para fazer o passeio do Bósforo. O funcionário Murat é muito gentil e sempre preocupado em realizar o melhor atendimento e ajudar o hóspede. Café da manhã muito gostoso, fazem omelete, ovos mexidos na hora, vários tipos de nuts, pães. Hotel limpo e agradável.

Cons:

Nosso banheiro era muito pequeno. Talvez ficar num quarto com banheiro maior seja mais agradável.

Exceptional location in the heart of Istanbul, yet on a surprisingly quiet street. Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us excellent local recommendations. Clean and comfortable rooms with everything we needed. Hearty breakfast with made-to-order egg options. Metro, tram, the ferry terminal only about a 10-minute walk away, local restaurants, shops, and major attractions are all within walking distance. A perfect choice for our first visit to Istanbul ❤️❤️❤️

Cons:

The only minor point was that the mattress and pillows were not quite to our personal preference. However, this did not affect our overall experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
