Comfortable, Location
Pros:

Very well located, next to the Santa Maria. Extremely helpful staff in guiding us to visit the places of interest in Milan.

Cons:

Decor bit dated. Probably goes with the name of the Hotel

Pros:

Sehr ruhiges Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns sehr überzeugt – frisch, gut und mit einer guten Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

O sistema de aquecimento não estava funcionando e pegamos dias bem frios em Milão. O espaço do chuveiro era pequeno e vazava água pro banheiro.

Pros:

Location. It is right in the heart of the old town and very close to all the main attractions. I found it so convenient it made our stay all the more enjoyable

It was clean.

Cons:

No hot water in the shower. For me it's a no-go. It was warm but I personally like it hot. Breakfast was OK and nothing more than that. Two days in a row cucumber was not fresh and bitter. Good pancakes though.
The small single room is really D
SMALL. It is also very dark because there is only one tiny window with a milk glass.
