I paid for a room I couldn’t access until after 3:30 AM and was met with rude, unacceptable service.
Pros:

The room itself was clean and the check-in process initially seemed straightforward since I was given my keys earlier in the day because I had a late appointment.

Cons:

My late-night arrival experience was completely unacceptable and honestly felt unsafe. I arrived at approximately 2:20 AM and had been told to park on the 2nd floor, where I would have access to the elevator to reach my room. However, that access was locked. I tried other entrances, went up to the 3rd floor, and attempted to enter through the lobby, but no one responded. I repeatedly called the number provided for assistance and no one answered. As a checked-in guest, being locked out of the hotel in the middle of the night for nearly an hour was incredibly stressful and concerning, especially as a woman traveling alone. Eventually, after waiting until after 3:00 AM and parking in front of the lobby hoping someone would notice, a receptionist finally came out—but instead of apologizing or helping professionally, she was rude and dismissive. This level of poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and disregard for guest safety is unacceptable.

The location was great for us, and the price was good, so all in all. . .
Pros:

The staff were excellent, except that one day, our room wasn't cleaned/made up even though as we left I told the young woman on the housekeeping team that we were leaving and that she could enter our room.

Cons:

The bed: a depression/hole on one side, not terrible but not great, and the bottom sheet kept coming loose and bunching under us as we slept. Really not up to par.

Decent and clean hotel

Street that hotel is located is very busy and loud thorough fare. Certainty not quiet.

Cons:

The lack of organization. When I arrived at 11pm, tired, after about 15-20 minutes they said there were no more rooms available. Luckily I stayed at the lobby to try to find another hotel when the lady from the reception called me and told me they had found a room. So at the end I was able to stay there.

Great stay! Very clean and excellent location!
Pros:

We were in Miami for our son’s graduation from the University of Miami and the location was great! The staff is really friendly and we loved that we could walk to high end shopping and fabulous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The parking garage was really tight for SUV’s.

Pros:

Gorgeous view of the entire intercoastal and bridge area. Central location. Good sized rooms. Incredible breathtaking wide balcony. Great staff.
