Pros:

Confortabil, bucatarie buna, personal foarte amabil ,in special Andreea si Ruxandra. Piscina ,zona de spa si superba vedere spre Matherhorn, au completat starea de bine. .Ne am simtit excelent.

Cons:

Nu avea frigider/ minibar, dar nu a fost o problema pentru noi.

Beautiful, cosy yet stylish Swiss chalet hotel. Superb spa and pool area. Lovely internal decor. Immaculately clean. Stunning views of the Matterhorn from balcony and gardens. Ambient outside sitting area, truly delightful . Breakfast varied and good quality. Taxi pick up and drop off to station very efficient . Location great, just 10 minute walk to centre of town..

Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten einen einmaligen Aufenthalt. Wir können nur empfehlen das Hotel

Das Hotel Berghof ist einzigartig. Es ist ein sehr familiäres Hotel. Die Lage ist wunderschön mit direkter Sicht auf das Matterhorn. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen waren vorzüglich.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lokalitäten sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es wäre praktischer eine offene Dusche als die Badewanne zu haben.

Outstanding stay!
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous with amazing views of the Matterhorn and the most beautiful SPA I ever enjoyed. This was definitely a luxurious stay yet very family friendly. You can hear the marmots calling in the evening as well as the bells from local cows and sheep. The added convenience of having the gondola right next to the hotel and the free bus to town down the hill was amazing. We had the best time at hotel Bergof and hope to be back in a few years!

Cons:

It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep snacks and drinks fresh and cold. We also got a bit hot at night and had no control over the temperature of the room.

Un endroit idéal pour découvrir Zermatt !
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé avec vue sur le Cervin, un peu à l’écart du centre très animé. Un parfait emplacement pour les excursions !
2 belles piscines intérieures permettent de récupérer après les marches. Personnel très sympathique.
