Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten einen einmaligen Aufenthalt. Wir können nur empfehlen das Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel Berghof ist einzigartig. Es ist ein sehr familiäres Hotel. Die Lage ist wunderschön mit direkter Sicht auf das Matterhorn. Das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen waren vorzüglich.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lokalitäten sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es wäre praktischer eine offene Dusche als die Badewanne zu haben.

Outstanding stay!
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous with amazing views of the Matterhorn and the most beautiful SPA I ever enjoyed. This was definitely a luxurious stay yet very family friendly. You can hear the marmots calling in the evening as well as the bells from local cows and sheep. The added convenience of having the gondola right next to the hotel and the free bus to town down the hill was amazing. We had the best time at hotel Bergof and hope to be back in a few years!

Cons:

It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep snacks and drinks fresh and cold. We also got a bit hot at night and had no control over the temperature of the room.

Un endroit idéal pour découvrir Zermatt !
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé avec vue sur le Cervin, un peu à l’écart du centre très animé. Un parfait emplacement pour les excursions !
2 belles piscines intérieures permettent de récupérer après les marches. Personnel très sympathique.

Pros:

The location of this hotel is incredible. Although it is a little walk (or electric taxi ride) out of town, for us it was perfect! Every morning I opened my curtains to a beautiful unobstructed view of The Matterhorn. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a homely traditional alpine style, with lovely touches like complimentary Toblerone on arrival. The pool area was welcoming and beautifully clean. Breakfast and evening meals were exceptional, with lots of Swiss options to choose from. The hotel is family run and they cannot do enough for their guests. I would particularly like to compliment the dark haired waitress (apology for not getting her name), who served us every night. Highly recommended

Sehr komfortables, sauberes Hotel, mit top Ausstattung. Große Zimmer, tolle Betten, großes Badezimmer, sehr ruhig, relativ nahe am Zentrum, welches in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and will be back again.
Pros:

Everything was great at Berghof. The rooms, the staff, the facilities. One of the most comfortable beds and bedding- felt like sleeping in clouds. The hotel is also right next to the lift that takes you to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and, if you’re so inclined, to the Italian side in Terra Grigia. Worth noting you can ski there from May to October at 4,000m above sea level.

Fantastic hotel option in Zermatt. Views were spectacular and the family room we booked was large. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were also great. Easy walk to the center of town, but far enough out of the center to be peaceful.

Možnost kávy na terase s výhledem na Matterhorn.
Krásný teplý bazén a sauna, příjemná relaxační zóna. Příjemné prostředí, rodinná atmosféra. Velmi vstřícný personál.
Dobrý výchozí bod pro výlety po okolí.

Cons:

V neděli je zavřená kuchyně, což nevidím jako nedostatek, ale tuto informaci jsem na bookingu předem nenašel.

Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich. Der Blick auf das Matterhorn direkt vom Bett aus war einfach unvergesslich. Auch auf das liebevoll zubereitete, abwechslungsreiche Frühstück haben wir uns jeden Morgen gefreut . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
